Taking care of honeybees is so rewarding! It is very fun to watch their activities. They have personalities, sometimes they are in a bad mood and aggressive. Sometimes they are relaxed and don't mind the human's clumsiness. Treat them with respect, and they will appreciate you. I have never been stung because I can tell from their hum when they will not tolerate an intrusion. I only take the honey when the reserves become too full. In that case, the queen has no space to lay eggs.
