You do know that Egyptian Geese are (a) protected and (b) mate for life? I love them. We don't get them so much around here. Quite prolific in Cape Town and, in the Southern Suburbs, where we lived, there was an enormous outcry when a grumpy old man killed a hen that roosted in one of the churches' belfries. Of course, the death meant that the remaining goose mourned. Very loudly. Very sad.
