Cyclone Foni- the amount of damage done to our country, if there were no green plantation in the green coastal areas, our losses would have been more. We are fortunate that there is still some forest left in the coastal areas.
It is a great fact that just as we need to survive in the environment, it is necessary to sustain the environment as well as adequate forest areas need to survive. Although we are continuously destroying forests. Now we have to take the responsibility to sustain the forest. Because forests survive, our environment will survive. And if the environment is okay, we will be comfortable and our future will be much safer.
There is no way to deny that coastal green fencing works as a natural wall to save us from disaster. In our defense, green forestry deals with natural contamination. But we still do not think about the future, destroying green forestry. The progress and modern life dream has blinded us. Remember, we need improvement, but do not destroy green forests. We need to build green forestry for our next generation of security.
But if we are not aware of it now, then maybe the next cyclone will not take time to destroy us. Environmental disasters will end our existence. So, we still have to try to protect the small forests that are scattered in different regions of the country. In this connection, the point is that forests are being destroyed quickly, not only in Bangladesh but all over the world. So, more and more publicity programs will be created to create more interest in the forest. Around the ground, we have to make a well-rounded enclosure.
In the end, we try our best to protect ourselves, in whatever way. In the same way, to make the earth as more beautiful and green, we must try our best. It is to be remembered that no collective effort will be in vain.
