This is the New Holland Honeyeater (Phylidonyris novaehollandiae). They are primarily nectar feeders but also eat insects. In the photos below, it is feeding from Kangaroo Paw flowers. In the video it is feeding on Stringybark flowers (Eucalyptis ovata). These were taken in my backyard hare in Tasmania.
