This plant is a new addition to my plant collection. It is known as Pebbled Tiger Jaws, Faucaria tuberculosa . This succulent plant is native to South Africa. The name Tiger Jaws is a reference to the toothed appearance of the leaves. It can grow to around 10cm high and 25cm wide. The yellow flowers appear in summer and autumn. As a young plant, mine only has one flower at the moment. Hopefully, with a bit of TLC, it will give a better show next summer. (It's currently autumn where I am).
All of the photos were taken by me with a Canon 7D and Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro lens.
