This morning I was in Sri Lanka.
No, I am not joking. And not lying. I just want to describe, how did I felt.
As always, once we woke up, and got out of the beds - it was time for morning coffee. And of course we went on to our terrace, to enjoy the morning coffee outside.
But Today was something special.
The day was unusual. So warm. So quite. So humid. Everything was wet outside, like after rain. But we got no rain here several days ! That was the humidity. Almost 100% humidity. And some fresh steam was still getting up from the ground, from the grass and fresh leaves on the trees. From every spot where sun was touching through the gaps of pine tree branches
And it all immediately reminded us on a similar calm morning once we had in the park-located hotel in Sri Lanka.
When we could almost feel the steam, the humidity in the air. And that warmness! ... Maybe +28C or +29C.
Only 1 hour after sunrise !
We could almost touch it !
Almost to wrap it in a bag, or put in your pocket. And the absolute quietness. No traffic, no industrial noise, nothing. Only some birds singing here and there. And numerous squirrel running on the pathways.
And here it was - almost ALL and EXACTLY the same here, near my house. In my own backyard !
The feeling was indescribable. All and everything so much replaying that unforgettable morning almost ten years ago in Sri Lanka.
I run for my camera. Run quick. As such miracles does not last long. And do not happen every day.
