This was a cool one to see so close!
Often, when we see swallow nests these days they are mounted high beneath bridges, far out of visibility for us. Today we found a much closer nest though, and the zoom lens brought us in even closer. I've always enjoyed these graceful, swooping birds, and meeting the next generation while they were still in the nest was very cool! In total I think there were four baby birds, but one seemed shy, so most photos just show three. Check them out!
