We will be passing through one of the largest meteor showers tonight. If you miss it tonight no worries youll have a couple of days to catch it :) the Meterors that we see are actualy debris from the comet Perseid. Hence the name Perseid Showers. The comet last past in 1997 and wont be visible again until 2025. With a clear sky you can expect 80 to 100 meterors an hour but with the bright moon tonight it might he closer to half. That doesn't make them any less spectacular though!! So grab a snack and a blanket and cuddle up with a loved one and enjoy natures fireworks!!
