Ganoderma sp, used as a traditional medicine
In addition to delicious food, some types of mushrooms can help overcomes certain health conditions. One of them is fungus Ganoderma sp.
This mushroom grow on wood, the mushroom body looks a yellow or brown fan. In China Ganoderma sp is call Lingzhi, in Japan called Reishi. In these countries the fungus is used as a traditional medicine.
