When an egg is not viable, the bird kicks it out to start over. Here is one of those ejected eggs shells, they are a true sign of spring; as it means the birds are laying.

This is only half an egg, it was a long drop to a cement parking lot....
You can see that the egg is about half an inch, or about 12 mm in diameter. This is a Tiny one for sure!

No camouflage inside this shell, I guess they don't want to confuse the chick, ROFLOL!

You can see that there was a lot of software doctoring to get a usable picture.
But it is nice that the birds are already laying, I just hope the 19 degrees tomorrow won't affect them! Tomorrow it will be cold with ice and snow, but Friday will be 48. That's life in Oklahoma, LOL!
