I personally think that even some stray cats are very friendly and exhibit a somewhat domesticated behaviour to humans they don't previously know, especially when approached with tenderness. Also, this particular cat might have had contact with humans before and might have even been taken care of by some humans, who knows? She looks very sweet indeed!
