Good Morning my friends of Steemit!
During my devotionals this morning, after I had seen this sunrise this morning, I read about Jeremiah of the bible and how he was encouraged in his darkness by knowing God was persistent and a new day arrives with its surprise(beauty some mornings) and it's certainty.
I've listed 2 different interpretations of the bible verses
My soul continually remembers it
and is bowed down within me.
But this I call to mind,
and therefore I have hope:
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
“therefore I will hope in him.”
Lamentations 3:20-24 English Standard Version (ESV)
I’ll never forget the trouble, the utter lostness,
the taste of ashes, the poison I’ve swallowed.
I remember it all—oh, how well I remember—
the feeling of hitting the bottom.
But there’s one other thing I remember,
and remembering, I keep a grip on hope:
God’s loyal love couldn’t have run out,
his merciful love couldn’t have dried up.
They’re created new every morning.
How great your faithfulness!
I’m sticking with God (I say it over and over).
He’s all I’ve got left.
Lamentations 3:19-24 The Message (MSG)
The sunrise is a great reminder that God is still persistent and a new day arrives with its surprise(beauty some mornings) and it's certainty.
Darkness is scattered!
Have a Blessed Day!
