Black Eyed Susan

Time to post something bright and shine,
and black eyed Susan has that perfect vibrant color to just make the day better.
Yellow! Yellow sunshine! Yellow cheery color!
My black eyed Susan doesn't do well this year,
and at the condo complex!
The soil chemistry isn't right for them.
I only get two flowers this summer.

These two flowers had distinctive different yellow tones,
one is bright yellow, and one is deeper yellow, almost like orange.
I am hoping next year this black eyed Susan will do better as they are acclimated to the soil.
