I am creating this post about Hive account@ned sir. He works for steemit and i have a question?

He is posting just a picture with 2 line of writing like below.

Hive account@ned sir i have seen many flaged posts like this and the reason was spam post.
But your post is not flaged is it right. Or this role is just for the weak steemains.
You have a great account on steemit so you haven't recived any flag?

I just wants to know sir. If i have done any mistakes please forgive me Hive account@ned sir. I am just a simple steemain.
