Jamaican beaches are just as beautiful at night as during the day. You can see a stary sky while hearing the crashing waves, view all sorts of lights along the shore and people are out and about. Live reggae music, romantic strolls and bars every few hundred feet. The sunset is the most beautiful time but the good vibes don't set with the sun.
