As the cryprocurrency and cannabis industries evolve, one thing is clear, we are at the beginning of a new age. We can remake industries to be free, conscious, healthy and sane.
We have the opportunity to end the inanity of the corporate culture, end casual Friday, and even decouple health insurance from our work.
We can take profits, and pass them to every worker on the chain of value. The janitor and CEO are both humans trying to make a living, so why not profit share to both? I don't mean communism, I mean sharing the profits of the company.
The world needs ditch diggers, accountants and doctors. Let's remember those people as cannabis is legalized and cryptocurrency is adopted. Let's remake how we work and escape the shackles of corporate oppression.
