Not sure if I've got this wrong, but are Hive account@catscientist upvotes meant to be 5% per CATS held? I started with 5 CATS and got 25%... perfect, but as I accumulate CATS (now on 8.. well, 9 after today) I was expecting Hive account@catscientist upvotes to increase as well, but I'm still just receiving 25%?

Please let me know if I've misunderstood something.
