The first artificial satellite of Bangladesh, Bangabandhu-1 satellite will have 9 rockets on 10 May at night, at 2:15 pm, in the Orland's Cape Kennedy Center, from the launching pad to the spacecraft. When Bangladesh's satellite reached Bangabandhu-1 space, another page of history would be created. Bangladesh will name them as the 57th country.
The Alliance Space Company, a manufacturer of Bangabandhu Satellite, will take special cargo aircraft for the launch of the United States to Florida in the United States. After that, the US space agency will complete the necessary tasks and send them to space.
The potential cost of Bangabandhu satellite was estimated at Tk 2,669.79 crore, but the actual cost of the satellite has been Tk 2,765 crore. Out of which, the government money is 315.51 million taka and the remaining Tk 1,652 crore is in foreign funding
