Sky100 is a very iconic place with Hong Kong Hong Kong (Hong Kong Observation Deck). It is located on the 100th floor of the tallest building in Hongkong, the International Commerce Center (ICC). From up here, we can look Hong Kong from the heights freely.
For the convenience of visiting Muslim traveler, here now there is a small mushroom that can be used for prayer. Sky100 Senior Marketing Officer Katherine Wan said the musala had been made since last year. This is done because of the large number of Muslim visitors who come to Sky100.
"Yes indeed because some Muslims come here," said Katherine at Sky100, International Commerce Center (ICC), Kowloon Hongkong, Monday (04/24/2018).
Katherine did not mention exactly the number of Muslim traveler who came to the location. To be sure, he said, musala was provided so that the visitors feel more comfortable.
"It is to welcome Muslim visitors who come here so that they are comfortable when they come here," he said.
Musala was supplied still around the 100th floor of the ICC building. The Musala did not seem too big. There are only five stages that stood in the musala. But there is no special place of ablution provided in the musala.
Visitors must go to the toilet to take ablution water. Distance of toilets and musala was not too far away. As is known, Islam became one of the religions adopted by some Hong Kong citizens. In addition to Islam, Hong Kong is known to have religious adherents and beliefs as diverse as Buddhism, Catholicism, Confucianism, Protestantism and Taoism.
