THE TORONTO PROTOCOL (6.6.6.)? (QUEBEC YEAR ZERO)...
FICTION OR REALITE? Who can say? Their "plan" boils down to three major directions: "Economics, Politics and Social for the 70s and 80s. If it succeeds, it must irreparably lead to the taking of the "World Power" by the establishment of the "New World Order"; the same one that U.S. President George Bush promoted so much in the early 1990s.

THE DOCUMENT: [All the historical periods that led to the decadence of civilizations were all marked, without exception, by "The Spirit of Wandering of Men". Today, we must ensure that this "Spirit" translates into a "World Leisure Society" in all its forms. This "Leisure" must consist of [Sex], [Drugs], [Sport], [Travels/Exoticism], and [Leisure] in general, but accessible to all sections of society. Man must come to believe that he is "Modern", and that his modernity is composed of his ability, and his possibility to be able to enjoy widely, and now all that surrounds him.

To achieve this goal, it is imperative to be able to infiltrate the Media (Radio, Television,
Newspapers), the "Mode" and "Culture" circles by which we will influence, for sure, all layers of Western Societies. Thus, by holding under the control of the "Sens" the youth (the adults of tomorrow), we will therefore have the free way to infiltrate, and transform in depth, without being worried, the Politics, the Legal System and Education; this will allow us to fundamentally change the course, the future direction of the Companies covered by our "Plan".
People, as we know, have no historical memory. They tirelessly repeat the mistakes of the past without realizing that these same mistakes had led their fathers, before them, to the same decays that they will experience worse before the end of this century. See, for example, what their grandfathers experienced at the beginning of this century thanks to the hard work of our predecessors.
After experiencing, without limits, the liberation of morals, the abolition of morality (in other words, the wandering of the mind), they experienced the "Economic Crisis" and then the "War". The foundations of the "Western Society", in their essence, come in a straight line, from the Judeo-Christian heritage. It is precisely this same heritage that made the "Family", the "Node", the "Angular Stone" of the whole current social edifice. Our predecessors who had financed the revolutionary writers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries understood the importance of splitting and then breaking up this "vital core" if they wanted to achieve the "Communist System" at the time.
And this is precisely what they did when they painstakingly produced by the philosophers and non-conformist writers of the time: "A Manifesto to the Glory of the God-State"; the latter having absolute primacy over the individual, over the "Family".
To achieve with certainty the construction of a World Government, [A New World Community Order] where all individuals, without exception, will be subject to the "World State" of the "New Order", we must, first of all, eliminate the " Family" (which will, at the same time, lead to the disappearance of ancestral religious teachings), and secondly, to level all individuals by eliminating the "Social Classes", in particular, the "Middle Classes". But we must proceed in such a way that all these changes appear to be the result of the will of the people; they have the appearance of "Democracy."
By using isolated cases, but amplifying them to the extreme with the help of student protests nucleted by us, pro-cause journalists and politicians purchased, we will be able to get new organizations to set up all appearances of "Modernity", such as a "Office of the Protection of Children" protected by a "Charter of Rights and Freedoms".
For the success of our "Global Plan: [The Red Plan]", we need to have "Offices for the Protection of Children" established in all Western Societies of the 1970s.
whose civil servants (young, inexperienced intellectuals, fresh out of universities where our globalist principles are highlighted), will make the "Charter of the Rights of the Child" to the letter, indiscriminately, respect to the letter. This "Charter" painstakingly developed in our "Loges" will finally allow us to nullify any parental authority by breaking up the family into individuals fiercely opposed to each other for the protection of their personal interests. It will encourage children to denounce parents who are too authoritarian because they are too traditional, too religious. It will thus help subject parents to a "Collective Psychosis of Fear"; this will inevitably cause, in general in society, a relaxation of parental authority. Let us make divorce and abortion a new social custom accepted by all. Moreover, at this stage, the "Humanitarian, Social and Historical Ideals" of the Nation States will have long since erupted under the pressure of internal divisions.]

Eighteen years later, 6.6.6., in time, another important meeting was held in Canada. [The last eighteen years have been very profitable for the advancement of our global projects. I can tell you, Brothers, that we are now almost getting to the point. The fall of the nation-states is only a matter of time, quite short, I must confess with confidence.

Thanks to our Undercover Agents and our colossal financial resources, unprecedented progress has now been made in all areas of Science and Technology under which we financially control the largest corporations. Since the secret meetings with Mr. de Rotchild in the 1956s, which were aimed at developing the development, and the global implementation of the "Computers", it is now possible for us to foresee the establishment of a kind of "Highway "International" where all these machines would be connected to each other. For, as you already know, direct and individual control of the world's populations would at least be totally impossible without the use of computers, and their electronic connection in relation to each other in a vast "Global Network".
These machines, moreover, have the advantage of being able to replace millions of individuals. Moreover, they possess no conscience or morality; which is essential for the success of a project like ours. The organization of these machines into a vast "Global Network" whose superior levers we will control will serve us to immobilize the populations. How?
As you know, the basic structure of our New World Order is composed, in its essence, of a multitude of diverse "Networks" covering each sphere of human activity throughout the planet. 1. • To increase the "Society of Leisure" that has been so profitable to us to date. 8. • In this way we will establish a global "global economy" that will completely escape the control of the nation-states. This new economy will be above all else; no political or trade union pressure can have any power over it. It will dictate its own "Global Policies" and require political reorganization, but according to our global priorities.
9. • By this "Independent Economy" having only our Laws, we will establish a "Culture of Mass World". Through the international control of television and media, we will establish a "New Culture" but levelled, uniform for all, without any future "Creation" escaping us. Future artists will be in our image or will not survive. Gone is the time when "Independent Cultural Creations" put our globalist projects at risk at all times, as was so often the case in the past.
10. • By this same economy, it will then be possible for us to use the military forces of the nation-states (such as those of the United States) for humanitarian purposes. In reality, these "Forces" will serve us to subject recalcitrant countries to our will. Thus the third world countries and others like them will not be able to escape our will to use their people as slave labourers.
11. • To control the global market, we will have to divert productivity from its primary purpose (freeing man from the hard work). We will guide him according to turning it against man by enslaving him to our economic system where he will have no choice to become our slave, and even a future criminal.
12. • All these transfers abroad from our Multinationals, and the global reorganization of the economy will aim, among other things, to increase unemployment in Western countries. This situation will be all the more achievable because, initially, we will have favoured the massive importation of basic goods within the nation-states and, at the same time, we will have overburdened these states by the exaggerated use of their population to the production of services they will no longer be able to pay for. These extreme conditions will multiply by the millions the masses of social assistance of all kinds, illiterate, homeless.
13. • By the loss of millions of jobs in the primary sector; from disguised evasions of foreign capital outside the nation states, it will be possible for us to put social harmony at risk of death through the spectre of civil war.
14. • These international manipulations of the governments and populations of the nation states will give us the pretext to use our I.M.F. to push Western governments to set up "Austerity Budgets" under the cover of the illusory reduction of their "National Debt"; hypothetical retention of their "International Credit Rating"; the impossible preservation of "Social Peace."
15. • Through these "Emergency Budgetary Measures" we will thus break the funding of the United Nations states for all their "Mega-Projects" which pose a direct threat to our global control of the economy.
16. • In fact, all these austerity measures will enable us to break the national will of modern structures in the fields of Energy, Agriculture, Transport and New Technologies.
17. • These same measures will provide us with the perfect opportunity to establish our "Ideology of Economic Competition". This will result, within the nation states, in reducing
      voluntary salaries, voluntary departures with [Service Medals awarded]; which will open the doors to the introduction of our "Control Technology" everywhere. With this in mind, all these departures will be replaced by "Computers" at our service.
18. • These social transformations will help us to fundamentally change the "Police and Military" workforce of the nation states. Under the pretext of the necessities of the moment, and without raising suspicions, we will get rid once and for all of all individuals with a "Judeo-Christian Consciousness". This "Restructuring of the Police and Military Corps" will allow us to dismiss without challenge the elderly personnel, as well as all the elements not conveying by our globalist principles. These will be replaced by young recruits without "Conscience and Morale", and already all trained, and in favour of the reckless use of our "Electronic Network Technology".
19. • At the same time, and always under the pretext of "Budget Cuts", we will ensure the transfer of military bases from the nation states to the United Nations.
20. • With this in mind, we will work towards the reorganization of the "International Mandate of the United Nations". From "Peace Force" without decision-making power, we will lead it to become a "Force of Intervention" where the military forces of the States will be melted down into a homogeneous whole. This will allow us to carry out, without combat, the demilitarization of all these States so that none of them, in the future, are powerful enough (independent) to question our "Global Power".
21. • To speed up this transfer process, we will involve the current United Nations force in unresolved conflicts. In this way, and with the help of the Media we control, we will show the people the impotence and futility of this "Force" in its present form. Frustration helping, and pushed to its climax at the right time, will push the populations of the nation-states to beg the international bodies to form such a "Multi-National Force" as soon as possible in order to protect "Peace" at all costs.
22. • The forthcoming emergence of this global will for a "Multi-National Military Force" will go hand in hand with the establishment, within the Nation States, of a "Multi-Jurisdictional Intervention Force". This combination of "Police and Military Squads", created on the pretext of increasing political and social instability within these states under the burden of economic problems, will allow us to better control western populations. Here, the excessive use of the identification and electronic recording of individuals will provide us with complete monitoring of all target populations.
23. • This internal and external police and military reorganization of the nation states will allow the whole thing to converge towards the obligation of the establishment of a "World Judicial Centre". This "Centre" will allow the various "Police Corps of the Nation States" to have quick access to "Data Banks" on all individuals potentially dangerous to us on the planet. The image of better judicial efficiency, and the increasingly close links created and maintained with the "Military", will help us to highlight the need for an "International Tribunal" coupled with a "World Judicial System"; one for individual civil and criminal cases, and the other for nations.
24. • In the course of the growth accepted by all of these new necessities, it will be imperative for us to complete as soon as possible the global control of firearms within the territories of the nation states. To do this, we will accelerate the "PLAN ALPHA" implemented during the 1960s by some of our predecessors. This "Plan" originally aimed at two objectives that have remained the same today: through the intervention of "Crazy Shooters", to create a climate of insecurity in the populations to lead to tighter control of firearms.       Economic conditions" of the nation-states that will lead with it, a complete destabilization of the Social; therefore an increase in violence. Without it, it would be almost impossible for us to bring the populations of the targeted states to their knees. Remember how successfully our predecessors were able to control Germany in 1930 with the new "Laws" implemented at the time; Laws on which the current Laws of the Nation-States are based for the same control.
25. • The latest "Steps" relate to the "PHASE OMEGA" experimented from experiments carried out in the early 1970s. They contain the worldwide implementation of "Electro-Magnetic Weapons". The "Climate Changes" resulting in the destruction of crops; bankruptcy under these conditions, farmland; artificial lyioning of everyday food products; the poisoning of nature by over-exploitation and reckless exploitation, and the massive use of chemicals in agriculture; all this, Brothers, will lead to the assured ruin of the food industries of the nation-states. The future of the "Population Control" of these states depends must be on the absolute control by us of food production on a global scale, and by taking control of the main "Food Routes" of the planet. To do this, it is necessary to use the Electro-Magnétique, among other things, to destabilize the climates of the most agriculturally productive states. As for the poisoning of nature, it will be all the more accelerated as the increase in populations will push it without restriction.

What is desired here is that, beyond the misinformation conveyed, and maintained by unscrupulous politicians, and by people frightened at the possibility of losing personal interests, each reader can reflect, regroup with others like him, and now take means to survive in the face of what is coming.
