E is for exercise. Use it or lose it. Exercise helps to keep the muscles vibrant. Improves circulation and bowel elimination. Improves respiratory function. Yes while in the process of exercising it is hard but in the end, you feel better. Cheers to your endorphins.
W = water. Drink at least 8 cups per day. ( This is just an average.) If you are experiencing certain health conditions you may need less or more. ( ie, kidney failure or intense exercise or sports). Benefits of water are many which include hydration, excretion, acid base balance, circulatory stability, etc.)

S = sunshine. Sun is very important for vit D conversation for healthy bone. Sunlight boost your mood and improve melatoin production for sleep and healthy skin tone. Sunlight is important but don't overdo it, you could put yourself at risk for skin cancer.
