My husband introduced me to steemit and I am excited to submit my first post. Let me introduce myself - I was born and raised in California but found Texas to be a happier place to live. We were there for about 14 years but my career recently brought us back to Nor Cal. For as beautiful as this state may be, it is not the same as when I left 15 years ago. Politics have run wild. I am an environment, health and safety professional doing what it takes to keep the company I work for in compliance with all these rules and regulations as well as keeping our employees safe. On a more fun note, I enjoy gardening, reading, fitness activities, and when time and money allows, scuba diving. That was what brought my husband and I together. My husband is our financial planner as he is involved with cryptocurrencies and planning for the future. I look forward when I can leave the J-O-B behind and take on the next phase of our lives. More scuba diving perhaps?
