To those looking to help #newbieresteemday, here's 2 ways to help today. (completely optional and always appreciated) :)

I wanted to send a quick note out about where #newbieresteemday could use help with the "Super Bowl Week - Newbie Edition" event. Communicating without throwing out a massive number of posts is a challenge lol...

Before I tell you, I want to say how much I respect what everyone has done in their own ways to make the #newbieresteemday program successful. I also think it is important to have fun here on steemit and to take care of your own blogs and do your own things. We have had so much awesome outpouring of generosity, that if we get no more assistance, then this whole 3 week initiative was a success. So I want to say to each of you that you should not feel compelled to help any more if you are unable to, or if you have other interests going on right now. I like you all very much and want you to love steemit for sure!

I debated in my mind whether to even send out this message, because I don't want to ask people to do more than they want or can do. I keep getting asked "what can I do" and then I also can sense that many are getting a bit tired. I recognize and respect both states of mind. So I decided to go with the one thing that has served me well, which is the truth. I am telling you where we could use help most right now (in the following 2 ways), but in no way does it mean that the other ways that people are participating are less important. Honestly the resteemers, Minnow Mondays, and just general help given to the newbies "one on one" is far more important than this week of games.

So I wanted to say this to balance the need to communicate against the need to show appreciation and respect. I can't properly explain how proud I am of so many members that I have come to know here, and it is my pleasure to be your teammate.

2 Ways You Can Help (if you are able to)

We have guaranteed the newbies with a 45 Reputation Score they get two things if the play in the games that the gamemakers made this week. I'm doing my best to keep up, but honestly I could use some help (especially from those with a bit of voting power).

#1 The first is we promised the newbies a $0.05 total upvote on their entry, and every upvote is cumulative (5 different $0.01 votes adds to that total). I try to top off any that are lower, so each vote that is done makes it easier for me to get to everyone.

I've caught up the first 5 games so if any could help with any games from Game #6 to #14, that would be great. Here is a link the the games from my latest update (Click Here). And thank you in advance. (Hint: I try to start at the bottom of each page and get those "valid" posts done first (remember 45 or lower Rep Score).

#2 We have also guaranteed the first 100 newbies a $0.05 SBD payment at the end of the week. That is a total of 5 SBD's for the whole game (pretty cheap way to get some newbies to learn how to interact). I don't like donations because I feel it is "cheap" to ask for them, and frankly I know most people who are connected to us need their own SBD to either buy SP or upvote services. So I've decided that if you want to help in a different way, then if you upvote this post I can use the SBD earned to be applied to the bonus. Of course, I will take care of the committment no matter what, so don't feel any personal obligation to do so.
