One of the ring leaders of the January 6th Capitol building event that took place while President Trump was speaking to his followers on the other side of the mall.
Under federal law, any building where the President or Vice President is is a restricted building and one must have permission to enter.
He was charged with "knowingly remaining" in a restricted without authority, violent entry into the same, and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
It doesn't matter if this person was for Trump of for Biden. If he is for Trump, why was he so far away from where Trump was speaking? The news stories can't even decide if he is from Florida or Arizona.
