Virat Kohli has joined a plea through India's soccer captain for fanatics to fill empty stadiums after simply 2,569 became up to look at the country wide crew play.
Cricket captain Kohli and batting legend Sachin Tendulkar backed Sunil Chhetri's heartfelt plea that went viral on social media after India thrashed Taiwan five-zero in a close to-empty Mumbai stadium remaining week.
A disheartened Chhetri, who scored a hat-trick, took to Twitter in a video to induce people to pop out and aid the team.
“To all people who has lost hope in Indian soccer I request you to come back and watch us inside the stadiums,” Chhetri said within the message.
