They said they are turning down the call centres. What I asked myself is why does a supermarket chain have 1200 people sitting in call centres. Don't take me wrong I am very sorry for the persons that loose thier job but from the point as a shareholder i can understand why tesco heads are doing this...
But maby some internal here can enlight me.
