These are previews from matches involving Belgian Teams with all the latest on team news, player form, injuries along with my personal betting angles, ...
Most matches yesterday were rather uninteresting and I kept a low betting profile. Today should be more interesting again even though 1 match got delayed due to new covid cases.
Antwerp vs Club Brugge
Both teams had a very busy schedule and did well in Europe at the cost of losing some points in the league and especially Antwerp has shown more fatigue. They also played their last match on Thursday while Club Brugge had more rest playing on Tuesday which should give them an advantage today. Antwerp has shown a pattern of starting furiously in their matches both at the start of the 1st and 2nd half. Their defense has looked rather vulnerable at times and they are without De Laet. Club Brugge had some new covid cases with Vormer, Schrijvers & Horvath being out. Especially Vormer being out might show. I do expect an open start of the match and both teams have a high 1H Goals ratio with over 50% of their goals in the 1st half. (1.86 & 1.57 on average) which made me take a small initial bet on
1st Half Over 1 @ 1.750 I am also leaning toward the away team especially later in the 1st half or late in the 2nd half as I see Antwerp suffering more fatigue. Should be a fun match.
AA Gent vs Standard
AA Gent with Vanhaezebroeck as their new coach so far has not been able to turn things around losing both matches not showing to be fresh enough. Standard has shown good things in the Europa League but hasn't been able to also do the same in the Belgian League. The AA Gent coach stated that he first wants to focus on defense as they are getting too many easy goals against so I don't see this as a crazy high pace up-and-down match from the start which the Asian total line indicates being set at 2.5. 1H Under 1 @ 2.09 is a position I am still considering. This is one of those matches between teams who aren't all too reliable in their performance and I'm opting to just wait-and-see to what it brings in-game.

Mechelen vs Waasland
Waasland picked up some confidence with 2 wins in a row making a jump away from relegation spots now being in 15th place 4 points clear of the last place. They only managed to not score in 1 match so far this season and have great options in front with Heymans & Koita in good form. I took a beer bet on Koita to score last week and did the same this week taking
Koita Anytime Goalscorer @ 4.60 on
Wink.org. Mechelen is in 16th place but they actually have been playing really good in the last couple of matches despite being unable to win. They will be without key prayer Van Damme who is their defensive midfielder. Looking at the numbers from matches where they are without him, it clearly shows as they barely took points. The line and odds are fully based on the play that looked good from Mechelen neglecting the fact that Van Damme is out and that they are in an unlucky streak (which tends to be more likely to continue). I expect Mechelen to start this match with really high-intensity moving forward and they generally perform well in the 1st half at home never having lost one. Waasland on the other hand is 3rd in the away 1st half standing with 4 wins and 3 losses. The main bet I am looking at is Waasland Team Total Over 0.75 and I will be looking to get in on that in-game. I did get a minor bet in on
Waasland 1st Half +0 @ 3.77 which just feels too high given the fact that Mechelen is without Van Damme and Waasland has won 4 1st halves away already. I also took a tiny initial bet on
Over 10 Corners @ 2.06 and aim to take more live on Over 9 line. I do expect an open up-and-down match and Waasland had 18 & 17 corners in their last 2 matches while Mechelen only had 1 match at home under 9. So for now a rather low pre-game betting profile despite many leans with an eye to bringing out the big guns with Live bets.

Pre-Game Preview Bets
I continue to share many of my pre-game bets in all my preview posts. Most of them are smaller bets or trading positions and some of them I took early in the week and might not have the exact same odds available. These bets should just be seen as info and not as something to blindly follow. Record on them so far this season is 138 Bets | +19.18% ROI on Flat Unit bets (See Results) Bigger pre-game bets which are rare these days I also tend to take extra on those in BTC.
