I don't know if you can still trust NOAA and other climate research institutes. They are just too much compromised by politics and the global warming dogma. At least implicitly they uptrends and ignore downtrends like the solar output that is currently going into a cyclical low. There are people who say we are facing a small ice-age in the next decades.
And besides that: A warm climate is good for mankind. So, maybe we should not stop emitting CO2...
