1. Introduction
I thought that I would not need to revisit this news story about Jeremy Jay Guthrie after I roasted YouTuber Anja X TV for the nonsensical video that she posted. Now yet another YouTuber has posted a video about it, and this one is also a non-American who is out of touch with the facts.
In case you are not familiarized with the news story about Mr. Guthrie, you can find out all the facts about it in reading my article titled "Another Men-Hating Pseudo-Feminist Gets The Definition Of Pedophilia Wrong." A YouTuber who goes by the user name of Ape Huncho has also posted a video about Mr. Guthrie.
This YouTuber sounds as though he may be from the United Kingdom, but don't hold me to it. To us Americans, British accents, Australian accents, and New Zealander accents all sound the same. I mean no offense to any of you English-speakers who fit any of those three descriptions. I believe that he is most likely British.
Now, if this YouTuber is, in fact, British, then he really should not be doing a video about Mr. Guthrie without first learning about American customs, the American laws, and the likes. In any event, you can watch his video below.
The Full Footage Of Jeremy Jay Guthrie's Arrest For Drunk Driving
Despite that I myself am an American, one thing that I have never been able to understand about the American culture is that self-righteous Americans will repeatedly lecture others about how the world owes them nothing. Okay, I get that. However, it strikes me as a double standard whenever Americans take the predilection of needlessly meddling into other people's personal business at the same time.
Mr. Guthrie did not violently and forcibly rape any of the adolescents in the vehicle that he was driving when the police pulled him over for drunk driving. It greatly offends me that someone like YouTuber Ape Huncho narrates his video about Mr. Guthrie as though he is so knowledgeable about his confrontation with the law.
Not too long ago when I was watching a YouTube video from England about teenage pregnancy, there was this one video about a 14-year-old girl whose 22-year-old boyfriend had not only gotten her pregnant but he was also cohabitating with her. Her parents had no problem with it, but there were obviously busybodies in their neighborhood who were not happy about it and reported it to the authorities.
Instead of a uniformed police officer knocking on the 14-year-old girl's front door, a social worker paid this young girl and her family a visit. After the social worker interviewed the young girl, her parents, and the young girl's 22-year-old boyfriend, she determined that criminal prosecution would have been inappropriate. In other words, no arrest was made afterwards.
The strict liability of American statutory-rape laws do not allow for government officials in some kind of authority or another to exercise that sort of discretion in deciding whether or not to charge an adult man with a crime in that same situation. The 22-year-old father of a 14-year-old girl's baby could be the nicest man in the world, but he will still be going to jail in that event if he lives in the United States.
Whenever an underage pregnancy is in the picture, the only bulletproof vest that an adult man has after he has been arrested for "statutory rape" here in the land of milk and honey is jury nullification. That is, his criminal defense attorney can try to persuade a jury to rule that he is not guilty despite that he actually broke the law. In Connecticut, such cases do frequently end that way. Law firms will even tell you so in their advertisements.
Anyhow, YouTuber Ape Huncho slanders Mr. Guthrie in his video by calling him a child rapist. There were no prepubescent children in Mr. Guthrie's vehicle when the police pulled him over. Therefore, in reality, the only real crime that he committed was drunk driving. His biggest mistake was not lawyering up on the police and exercising his Fifth-Amendment rights.
Fortunately, YouTuber Ape Huncho doesn't use the notorious pedophile card against Mr. Guthrie in reporting the news story. Oh, how I feel like taking a bucket full of human excrement and dumping it on the grave of Dr. Richard von Krafft-Ebing every time I hear anyone wrongfully accuse someone of being a pedophile.
That wacko shrink had dollar signs in his eyes when he conceptualized pedophilia back in 1886, and he had to have known the problems that would follow as a result of his actions in that respect. It's interesting how many Americans who define pedophilia in the wrong manner don't even know who this man is.
Nevertheless, instead of reporting the cold, hard facts, YouTuber Ape Huncho provides us with nothing more than an opinion editorial on his part. Most of what you see in the footage in the video above is of the police giving Mr. Guthrie a battery of sobriety tests, although there are a few minutes of melodrama involving the teenagers in his vehicle caught in camera.
2. Nobody Was In Jeremy Jay Guthrie's Vehicle Unwillingly
The American mainstream media depicts this incident involving Mr. Guthrie as the crime of the century, when fact has it that teenagers, even tweenagers, are seeking out sexual gratification from older people as well as people their own age. It's not a pedophile conspiracy. It has nothing to do with pedophilia at all.
YouTuber Ape Huncho demonizes Mr. Guthrie to be this out-of-control animal who sets out to rape little kids in a savage and brutal manner, when fact has it that there were no toddlers or tykes in his vehicle when the police stopped him. There was even at least one 18-year-old in his vehicle. The video above reveals that Mr. Guthrie is a college-educated gentleman.
Mr. Guthrie clearly has demons that he needs to tackle. At worst I contend that he is suffering from a mid-life crisis and acting out those same desires connected with it that men usually get upon reaching 40 or 50 years of age.
What evidences that the police officers overstepped their boundaries in inquiring about the presence of teenagers in his vehicle was that some of those teenagers were boys. If a middle-aged man has teenagers in his vehicle of both genders, it is more likely than not that he is giving a young relative of his and that same young relative's friends a lift to some type of important social gathering.
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution provides everyone's right to assemble. In other words, Mr. Guthrie has as much rights as any teenager to be in the company of adolescent minors. So what if he was 41 years old?
Now, I'm not here to make Mr. Guthrie out to be this glittering pillar of society. Anyone can see that he has his fair share of quirks. However, considering all the heinous crimes that adolescents commit against one another, nobody really has the right to single Mr. Guthrie out and brand him as a dangerous sexual deviant.
Yes, I completely get it. He should not have been giving any of those teenagers alcohol. Not even the 18-year-old one, because the legal drinking age in New Mexico is 21. Let the 18-year-old go down to Mexico to hit the sauce.
The alcohol could have been the reason that these teenagers befriended Mr. Guthrie. He gave them access to alcohol and other things that they would not have normally had access to because of their age. That fact alone would make them appear to be less as victims.
YouTuber Ape Huncho takes none of these points or facts into consideration. He simply presents himself as a fly-by-night journalist for a tabloid rag that constantly gets shamed for its contents' lack of veracity.
When I was 11 years old, I knew this one man named Daryl who was in his late twenties or possibly early thirties. He was shacking up with a 15-year-old girl named Connie who was pregnant with his baby at the time.
My sister and her friend, Karen, once brought me over to his house. Luckily, it was only Connie who was there. My mother was not happy about it once she found out. At the time, my sister was 16 years old and Karen was 18 years old.
My mother had once talked to Daryl on the telephone and threatened to call the police on him because he was furnishing liquor to my sister and Karen, who were both not legally old enough to drink. I don't think I had ever known my mother to be that furious except for one other time. She told Daryl to send my sister and her friend back home.
3. Stop Calling These Alleged Victims Children
As YouTuber Anja X TV does in her video, YouTuber Ape Huncho misuses the word "children" to describe the alleged victims in his video. In that respect, he is slanting the news story by constantly omitting the fact that they are really adolescents and teenagers. That is, they are neither children nor adults. They are their own species.
The point here that I am trying to make is that Mr. Guthrie did not invade a playground and snatch toddlers from it. These teenagers were with him on their own volition.
What YouTuber Ape Huncho's actions bring to mind is some of the comments that YouTubers posted in the comments section of that video. You get the usual semi-illiterates who believe that juveniles color with crayons and play on the monkey bars of a playground until their twenty-first birthday.
One of the YouTubers who goes by the user name of Lauren-kx6ux snipes at one of the other YouTubers for disagreeing with her, and she bashes that other YouTuber inasmuch as he doesn't have kids. That argument gets me so angry, because childless Americans pay taxes into the public school system. Therefore, they should have just as much say in juvenile-justice-related issues as anyone else.
Of course, it is dunces in legislative positions like Cassandra Levesque who encourage this backwards way of thinking in American society. Idiots like her also believe that the brain doesn't fully mature until 25 years of age, even though such a determination has been debunked.
What is most noticeable about the comments section to YouTuber Ape Huncho's video above is that it is inundated with hateful remarks from angry, middle-aged women who probably have skeletons in their closet. They will pass judgment on Mr. Guthrie and falsely accuse him of being a child molester and a child predator, but they will not clean up their own doorstep.
Recently I came across this one article titled "To My Rapist's Mother: You Heard Me And Did Nothing" by Jody Morse. This article is about a 17-year-old girl who goes to the residence of a male schoolmate and he rapes her while his mother listens to it all and does nothing.
I am not afraid to state that a multitude of middle-aged women who insult and belittle Mr. Guthrie in the comments section of YouTuber Ape Huncho's video would take no shame in allowing for their teenage sons to forcibly rape a high-school girl or even a middle-school girl in their residence. Everything with these women is one major double standard. Maternal instinct is a hypocritical joke with these men-hating pseudo-feminist witches.
If I were to accuse one of these women's teenage son of being a child molester or a child predator for raping an underage girl that was close to them in age difference, these women would come back at me and accuse me of being politically incorrect. They want to point their finger at men their age and accuse them of being the cause of all teenage girls' problems, but they don't want to take accountability for their own actions as silent collaborators to their underage sons' sex crimes.
It's just like Sherry Johnston is unwilling to admit to the public at large that her son, Levi Johnston, raped Bristol Palin when she was 16 years old. I guess being the same age gives a male juvenile a free pass to rape any underage girl he wants by force. Our criminal justice system became a disaster once it began basing every crime of rape on the math rather than on the actions of the accused.
YouTuber Ape Huncho certainly loves throwing the word "rape" around everywhere in his video. He focuses too much on the legal terminology associated with the crime while he ignores the bare facts of an incident in which such crimes was alleged.
There is this one Norwegian YouTuber named Eivind Berge who is constantly challenging the Puritanical Establishment on these matters. Below is a video of his where he stresses that teenagers are not children.
Eivind Berge Describes The Teen Pill
YouTuber Ape Huncho needs to get teen-pilled so that he won't be sensationalizing news stories about teenage sex involving cross-generational couples. He could learn a thing or two from Mr. Berge.
I have not had the opportunity to read An Empirical Introduction to Youth by Joseph Bronski, but I can imagine that it involves the same degree of critical thinking that an online publication titled The Paradox of Statutory Rape by Russell Christopher and Kathryn Hope Christopher does. It makes me happy to know that at least some people are wising up to these kinds of juvenile-justice-related issues.
4. Nobody Got Raped
In YouTuber Ape Huncho's video above, the teenage girl in the front passenger seat of Mr. Guthrie's vehicle doesn't have the characteristics of a rape victim. She even protected Mr. Guthrie when the police questioned her.
The police officers were clearly rude to this same girl and the other juveniles when they questioned them about their age and related information. Judging from their crude behavior, it was clear that these police offices couldn't have cared less about the teenagers' well-being and safety.
One of the police officers even threatened to take the 13-year-old girl in the front passenger seat and her friends to a juvenile detention center if they did not cooperate with him. That's no way to treat people you believe to be victims.
I can understand that these police officers were not obligated to coddle Mr. Guthrie, because, after all, he was obviously inebriated and unable to get behind a wheel. However, these police officers had no right to terrorize the teenagers in Mr. Guthrie's vehicle, especially about the 13-year-old girl's age.
In a nutshell, the police officers handled the procedures regarding Mr. Guthrie's drunk driving in a professional manner. However, they did nothing beneficial for any of the teenagers. The teenage girl who was Mr. Guthrie's girlfriend clearly had no use for these police officers.
5. Final Thoughts
In his video, YouTuber Ape Huncho complains that there hasn't been any further reports or follow-ups in the news outlets concerning Mr. Guthrie's arrest and trial. It could be that the press and the media have nothing to follow up on. It's possible that Mr. Guthrie was found not guilty of all charges.
Social-justice warriors, particularly middle-aged female ones, will continue to whine that Mr. Guthrie impregnated the 13-year-old girl when she was still 12 years old. He may not be the ideal father, although he does appear to be a devoted father in a picture of his with his son that YouTuber Anja X TV showed in her video.
Then again, he probably would have made a better father to this young girl's baby than a 14-year-old boy would have, if she had not suffered a miscarriage. Many of you are likely arguing that a 12- or 13-year-old girl is better off not getting pregnant at all. I'm on board with that school of thought too. It just irks me when American society goes so easy on teenage fathers while men like Mr. Guthrie don't have a prayer of being understood.
At the end of the day, the American people invest too much money, effort, and time into finding inventive ways to segregate adult men from adolescent girls, while many children from single-parent homes grow up hating their father for being a sexually promiscuous teenage boy when they were conceived. It's not mainly older men who cause teenage girls' problems. It is mainly deadbeat teenager fathers who do so.
