1. The Harassment And Even Murder Of Sex-Offender Registrants
The American criminal justice system will try every trick in the book to coerce someone charged with a sex crime into accepting a trumped-up conviction. It happened to a gentleman named Ahmad Jamal Blakemore.
Mr. Blakemore was arrested so many years ago for having a consensual relationship with a 16-year-old girl back when he was in his thirties in Alabama. To the best of my knowledge, he did not force the girl to have sex with him against her will. He used no deadly weapon on her to get her to submit to anything that she didn't want to do with him. He never coerced her or groomed her into having sex with him.
This girl could have walked away from Mr. Blakemore any time she wanted to do so, and he wouldn't have stopped her. She may even have been the one to come on to him.
If Mr. Blakemore and this teenage girl had engaged in sexual intercourse with each other in another state jurisdiction where the statutory age of consent was 16 years old or younger, then he would never have been charged with any type of crime. Nonetheless, the prosecutor pressured him into accepting a plea deal that changed the age of the "victim" from 16 years old to 12 years old to induce the shock effect regarding his sexual offense. Below is a video in which he explains what occurred in that event.

Mr. Blakemore finds himself explaining to neighbors of his what actually happened as opposed to what the sex-offender notifications claim to have happened in his matter. What the prosecutor did to him was highly unethical and should have been grounds for her to have been disbarred from the practice of law. The United States has some of the most outrageous statutory-rape laws in the world, and they only serve as a playground for prosecutorial misconduct.
It only gets worse. Norman Michael Achin is a former schoolteacher in the Commonwealth of Virginia who never even committed a sexual offense against a minor, and yet the police and the prosecution railroaded him for something he didn't even do. They went as far as planting false evidence against him.
Now, Mr. Achin suffers harassment and deadly threats from strangers on an ongoing basis. Below is a video from Mr. Achin in which he describes all the madness that he has to confront on a regular basis.

The American criminal justice system is forcing registrants into poverty and homelessness insofar as it has become lethal. Below is a video in which Mr. Achin describes how the draconian sex laws in our nation are causing these same tragedies.

Well, now it looks as though many registrants who have fallen into the same or similar circumstances as Mr. Blakemore and Mr. Achin did will have a way to become free from all of the constant abuse they suffer at the hands of dirty cops and sociopathic vigilantes. A promised land awaits all of them across the pond.
2. Steven Robert Whitsett's Overseas Project For Sex-Offender Registrants Seeking Refuge
Steven Robert Whitsett is on the sex-offender registry here in the United States for something for which he paid his debt to society. He fled to Germany inasmuch as the Florida authorities were planning on slapping him with an additional two decades of prison time merely for an administrative error in his sex-offender registration if I remember his story correctly.
Mr. Whitsett and a group of colleagues of his are currently organizing a program in Germany that will allow sex-offender registrants in the United States and in other parts of the Anglosphere to escape their atrocious circumstances and immigrate to Germany where they will receive assistance in finding employment and housing. Mr. Whitsett provides all the details of this program in his video below.

Mr. Whitsett is also expanding this program to other European nations like Albania, France, Portugal, and a whole host of nations in the European Union. It's in its baby stages, but he and his colleagues will be making every effort to grow it so that eventually indigents on the sex-offender registries in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom will also be able to take advantage of this pathway to freedom.
Hopefully, Mr. Whitsett and his colleagues will be able to find philanthropists who will be willing to fund their project so that it can expand rapidly. I think that their starting a GoFundMe account would be an excellent idea.
One of the participants in Mr. Whitsett's video above did express concern that perhaps some German citizens will cry out against allowing too many sex-offender registrants from the Anglosphere into Germany. I honestly don't believe that it will come to that inasmuch as you don't have the mobs of ignorant hotheads there in Germany that you have in the United States.
When the United States starts losing highly professional people that could otherwise be paying taxes into our governmental system, perhaps lawmakers are going to wake up and smell the coffee and change the laws in our nation in the interest of the American people as a whole rather than in the interest of greedy swine that are profiting from the sex-offender registry. As Americans, we need to vote these idiots out of office if they cannot serve our interests.
I know one thing. If Chris Hansen or John Walsh ever runs for president of the United States, I will not be voting for either one of them. They have no place in the White House. They don't respect the principles of freedom.
3. Final Thoughts
Way too many American elected officials have this misconception that passing harsh statutory-rape laws are helping teenage girls, when nothing could be any further from the truth. So, you take the situation of a 14- or 15-year-old girl who falls in love with a college student who may be in his early twenties. They become intimate with each other shortly thereafter.
Do you honestly believe that sending this young man to prison and ruining his life is going to do that same teenage girl any good? Even if he doesn't get sent to prison, being on the sex-offender registry will not help anyone involved in the situation. He will probably get expelled from college as a result and end up sweeping floors at a Bob's Big Boy restaurant for a living.
Will the teenage girl dump this young man? Not necessarily. She may marry him after she comes of age. Then she and this young man will be struggling on a household income of $11,000 a year. If they have any kids, those kids will be forced into that life of poverty as well. Yes, I know what some of you are going to say. If you can't feed them, don't breed them. Well, that's not how family planning always works.
Statutory-rape laws do more harm than good to American society. I don't see how these lawmakers can overlook that fact.
On the other hand, American society and the law both seem to be permissive about underage boys getting middle-school and high-school girls pregnant and then either bailing on them or bullying them. Self-righteous do-gooders will preach about how a 14- or 15-year-old girl is so much better off with a boy her own age, but they cannot seem to see the bigger picture here. It's a hypocrisy all around.
The United States has been losing a significant number of its citizens that have left to go live in other nations. After Steven Robert Whitsett's organization grows, it's only going to get worse here in the United States. Americans will eventually be expatriating and renouncing their United States citizenship left and right if we continue on the same trajectory that we've been on as a nation.
Our nation already has a low birth rate. What more needs to happen to our nation before we realize that it's on the cusp of a major collapse? The rich, wealthy, and powerful are greatly to blame for this problem despite all the pity parties self-proclaimed American patriots give them.
My response to Mr. Whitsett's project is Occam's razor. If he's going to help oppressed Americans find a better way of life, then I can only wish him all the best in his efforts. It's about time that somebody stands up and does something to make things right for Americans that have been marginalized for way too long, and I'm not describing sympathy for any serial rapists or dangerous child molesters.
The fact of the matter is that Mr. Whitsett served his time in prison and paid his debt to society for what he did. He is no danger to anybody. At the same time, Joel Steinberg brutally murdered a 6-year-old girl and only served 15 years behind bars. How is that fair and just?
I've been losing faith in both the American criminal justice system and the American court system for a long time. I'm happy that someone like Mr. Whitsett has come along to provide registrants with better choices than what they have currently in the so-called land of milk and honey. The milk has gone sour, and the honey is tainted.
