1. America's Pride And Joy
I don't normally publish articles about these kinds of topics, but this discovery of mine has me really infuriated with the telephone companies here in the United States. It is bad enough that they have eliminated almost every telephone booth in our nation. Now they want to scrap our landlines so that we won't have reliable ways of communicating in the event of an emergency involving a natural disaster. The video below has all the information about this impending event.
Americans May End Up Without Any Reliable Landlines In The Near Future Thanks To Corporate Greed
You may be one of those people who once owned or still owns a telephone that is not wireless. You know. The kind that may even have one of those spiral telephone cords that connect your telephone receiver with the body of your telephone, and then, of course, there is the wire that goes from your telephone to a jack in the wall.
Well, telephone companies want to rip away all the copper that makes it possible for us to place a telephone call whenever the electricity goes out. I have wireless telephones throughout my residence that are landlines, and they're a pain in the backside whenever the power goes out. However, I also have a facsimile machine in which I can still pick up its receiver and get a dial tone during a blackout. I haven't really used it that way during a power failure, because I keep my cell phones charged enough to use them in that event.
Nonetheless, whenever the power goes out during a heatwave or a cold snap, it is stressful enough to get a hold of the electric company to report the outage. If people don't have their landlines to do so, it could become deadly for everyone involved.
Of course, corporate billionaires in our nation couldn't care less about the safety and the lives of those they view to be inferior to them. They'd rather have their cake and eat it too.
2. A Valuable Ally In Defense Of Landlines
You may or may not have heard of a researcher and quantum physicist named Cynthia Sue Larson. Her videos are all over YouTube, and she has continued to research the possibility that there are dimensions that are parallel to the one in which we live. Of course, that's another article for another time. The important thing here is that Dr. Larson is fighting a battle to keep telephone companies from eliminating landlines altogether.
Dr. Cynthia Sue Larson Is One Of The Good Guys In The Battle To Save Landlines From Extinction
Dr. Larson is not someone who lives in the dark ages. As a woman of science, she keeps up with the latest technology. However, even she knows that there are certain pieces of technology that Americans need to hold onto for as long as we can, if not forever, and landlines are among them.
Dr. Larson doesn't even own a cell phone, a Smart phone, or anything of the likes. She is strictly a landline telephone user. Hmmm. Could it also be that the stories I heard so many years ago about people contracting cancer from cell phones were true? If anyone would know so, Dr. Larson would likely have the inside scoop about that same concern.
3. Final Thoughts
Isn't it ironic how we, as Americans, have been fighting hard to phase out dentures, false teeth, and prosthetic dental implants and replace them with tooth regeneration, yet the Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") has been maliciously throwing roadblocks in our pathway to doing so; whereas, at the same time, many of us are fighting telephone companies to hold onto our landlines? It's so insane, but here we are.
It's as though the billionaires in our nation want to do away with the old things that are still good and even better than their technologically advanced counterparts, but they also want to force deplorable anachronisms down our throat that we are yearning to get rid of once and for all. All we want are real teeth and reliable telephone service during natural disasters and other similar emergencies. I don't think those things are too much for us Americans to ask for.
When the Russian revolutionaries overthrew the aristocratic elites in the Russian Federation and went as far as murdering them and taking away their assets and property back in 1917, many people throughout the world felt that these events were tragic and unjust. However, now when you see how billionaires treat the middle class and poor people like stepping mats here in the so-called land of milk and honey, there is a big part of me that can understand what made these Russian revolutionaries take their actions to such extremes.
The billionaires are forcing us all into poverty and destroying our quality of life here in the United States. It makes me happy that there are decent, educated people like Dr. Cynthia Sue Larson in our nation who will fight these corporate scoundrels tooth and nail to protect our rights to a reasonable quality of life. Our landline telephones are a major part of our existence as Americans.
Even cell phone users would feel the adverse impact of the elimination of landlines, because then more people would be using cell phones and the likes than before and these communication airwaves would be overwhelmed and possibly go down for a period of time. Everyone can now stop making fun of authors who have held on to their typewriters and have refused to switch to computers to compose their novels.
