You may have read my article titled "The United States Should Abolish Its Extraterritorial Sex Laws." Therein I embedded a video regarding Steven Robert Whitsett's response to former porn star Brittni De La Mora's perspective of the sex and pornography laws pertaining to minors in the United States versus the ones in Germany.
Ms. De La Mora apparently believes that German sex and pornography laws pertaining to minors are way too lenient, and she denounced the efforts of a political activist (Dieter Gieseking) to lower the statutory age of consent in Germany from 14 years old to 12 years old. That's nothing unusual in an industrialized nation outside the United States.
The late Barbara Hewson attempted to get British elected officials to lower the statutory age of consent in the United Kingdom from 16 years old to 13 years old so many years ago.
American legislators appear to be too cowardly to challenge the status quo regarding the statutory ages of consent throughout the United States. In any event, Mr. Whitsett produced a follow-up video to the above-aforementioned one. It can be found below.
Once Again Steven Robert Whitsett Snipes At Brittni De La Mora For Being Clueless About German Sex And Pornography Laws Pertaining To Minors
The fact of the matter is that Ms. De La Mora believes that the German legislators have decriminalized child pornography laws in their nation altogether and have turned their nation into a playground for child molesters. However, she could not be any more wrong than she is, and herein I'm going to call her out on her narratives. With the help of Mr. Whitsett, of course.
1. Directly From The Horse's Mouth
Steven Robert Whitsett decided to take his efforts to debunk Brittni De La Mora's narratives one step further, and he arranged to interview Dieter Gieseking directly to find out what he had to say about her accusations against him. Below is a video of that same interview. Don't forget to turn on the subtitles at the bottom of the video, because the interview is in German.
Steven Robert Whitsett Gets The Full Lowdown From Dieter Gieseking Himself
After watching the video above, you'll clearly see that Mr. Gieseking doesn't want the complete legalization of child pornography in Germany. He merely endorsed the alleviation of draconian areas of such laws that would give judges greater discretion in certain unusual circumstances.
In his interview with Mr. Whitsett, Mr. Gieseking did admit that he and his colleagues did seek legislation to lower the statutory age of consent in Germany from 14 years of age to 12 years of age. He and his colleagues obviously want to put a stop to the dockets of the German court system being inundated with frivolous and malicious statutory-rape cases and give 12- and 13-year-old adolescents agency to decide for themselves with whom they wish to share intimacy.
Now, before any of you self-proclaimed child advocates, self-appointed psychiatrists, and the likes out there start running your mouths about all minor-attracted or rather really teenage-attracted people being pedophile rings in disguise, which herein and in future articles I'll coin as KNEE-JERK MAP HYSTERIA CRAP, allow me to make all of these points. None of this is as black and white as you misconceive it all to be.
How many times have you seen stories on the news about minors raping adults? Perhaps not as often as they happen, but you'll likely come across one of them sooner or later if you haven't already done so. When these punks get caught, many of them don't hesitate to make false allegations of "statutory rape" against their adult victims.
How many times have you heard stories about girls as young as 12 or 13 years old pretending to be adult women online and then getting adult men into trouble for having sex with them? Alisha Dean did it.
Don't you at least question the hypocrisy of the American criminal justice system seeking to charge 12- and 13-year-old minors as adults for crimes while youngsters this age remain below the statutory age of consent in every state jurisdiction of the United States? It's as though law-enforcement officials like to have their cake and eat it too.
Then the very same elected officials who believe that 12-, 13-, 14-, and 15-year-old girls shouldn't be in relationships with adult men have no problem with boys that young getting locked up with adult career criminals only to be gang-raped and sodomized. Where is all the logic in that double standard?
If any of you out there still believe that the United States has the best statutory-rape laws in the world, then I must insist that you read the online publication titled The Paradox of Statutory Rape by Russell L. Christopher and Kathryn Hope Christopher from beginning to end. You'll clearly see that there is not only one side to this issue.
Mr. Gieseking is not sexually attracted to prepubescent children, and he doesn't prey on them either. He merely wants to bring some additional sensibility to the German sex laws pertaining to adolescent and teenage minors. Conspiracy theorists will have their demented opinions about him, but there is this one thing called reality that defines him as someone who merely wants a criminal justice system that treats everyone fairly in his nation.
2. Unequal Justice Involving American Sex Laws Pertaining To Minors
American statutory-rape laws and the likes are probably the most biased and arbitrary laws that exist on the books today. You only have to watch Norman Michael Achin's video below to know that something is definitely not right about these same laws.
Norman Michael Achin Describes A Florida Cop Who Got Off Easy For Soliciting Nude Photos Of Underage Girls Online
Yes, I agree that the 19-year-old Florida law-enforcement official described in the video above was very close in age difference to the two teenage girls whose nude photographs he solicited. (Note - I didn't think that anyone could become a police officer in Florida until they were 21 years of age, but I guess I was wrong about that.)
Yes, I agree that in most cases, a 19-year-old man should not have to feel the full wrath of the law whenever his alleged sex crime or sex crimes are non-violent and involve an underage girl almost the same age as him. After all, there are state jurisdictions in our nation that would legally immunize a man that young from criminal charges if he were still in high school and became involved with a female classmate of his who may be under the statutory age of consent.
The problem that I am having with the above-described 19-year-old cop was that he was a deputy or about to become one, and he should have been held to a higher standard accordingly after he violated the letter of the law. In other words, I will not be giving him any pity parties.
3. The Truth About Teenage Beauty
You only have to surf around YouTube to know that teenage girls are not prepubescent children. Take the example of Reese Leroy. She's 15 years old, and everything is perfect about her genetic gifts. She's in the video below.
Reese Leroy Is Like A Starlet In A Romance Movie
When you look at Reese Leroy, you immediately see that she has a beautiful smile. She has those intense eyes. Her blond hair is radiant. She has a perfect figure. She doesn't even have to wear a strapless shirt to flaunt that characteristic of hers off. She has that dimple-in-her-chin thing going for her. She has a hot bellybutton. She's a dream come true.
You don't have to be a teenage boy to notice all of these same attributes about Reese's physique. She's like that teenage girl that you wish you had dated back in high school.
Then you have Gwyneth Weiss. She's 15 years old, and even her long-sleeved orange shirt can't hide the bare facts about her perfect body. She's in the video below.
Gwyneth Weiss Does Back-To-School Shopping With Her Family
Posing for the camera in a fashionable way comes naturally to Gwyneth. I don't even have to provide much description of her. Her presence in the video above speaks for itself.
Another womanly work of art on YouTube is Brielle Miller. She's 15 years old, and she is a sight for sore eyes when you see her in her bathing suit top and short shorts in the video below.
Brielle Miller Could Win A Beauty Contest Against Adult Contestants In A Heartbeat
Brielle Miller has the perfect physique. She has a lovely smile. The blond hair and the dimple in her chin make her stand out in a crowd. Need I say any more about her to convince you of what a work of beauty and perfection she is?
Also, Brielle is able to present herself as an old-fashioned girl from the suburbs and still look stunning. Her looks alone know how to take control of the camera. She's photogenic. If you knew a girl like her back in high school, you probably got butterflies in your stomach if you asked her to dance with you at a school dance.
A man never ages out of admiring the beauty of teenage girls like Brielle Miller, Gwyneth Weiss, and Reese Leroy. All three of them rock. A man shouldn't be expected to stop finding these three girls attractive once he reaches the legal age of majority. Adult men have been finding girls this young captivating since the beginning of time.
4. Final Thoughts
If you're a 25-year-old man living in Europe and you fall in love with a high-school girl, chances are that you're not going to have to worry about the police pounding on your front door if you decide to take her out on a date. If you're a 25-year-old man living in the United States, police may question you merely for striking up a conversation with a 15-year-old girl out in public.
If you're a man who recently turned 18 here in the United States, don't be sexting with your 16-year-old girlfriend. If her parents find out about it, they'll definitely be pressing criminal charges against you; and the police will not be on your side.
Once upon a time it wasn't so uncommon for a 15-, 14-, 13-, and even 12-year-old girl to marry a man significantly older than her here in the United States. Now prosecutors, police, and even judges here in the United States are overly zealous about getting an adult man's name and personal information on a sex-offender registry and even locking him up merely for interacting with a teenage girl in a benign manner.
You cannot feel safe in the presence of authorities here in the so-called land of milk and honey. They don't have the same open mind that most Europeans do in all walks of life.
Before I got Internet access in my residence, I used to have to go to my local library to access the Internet on one of their computers. They limited my usage of it to one hour a day. Often they would allow me to get an extra hour or two of Internet access if there was nobody waiting for a computer, but the time flew by seemingly at the speed of light.
One time when I was on the Internet at my local library near a window through which I could see the other parts of the library, for some strange reason, a whole host of graphically pornographic pictures popped up on my computer screen. I hadn't entered any suggestive words in the Google search engines, so I couldn't figure out how this could have happened. It merely happened out of the blue.
What really bewildered me was that the library had parental controls on all of their computers. Therefore, this occurrence made absolutely no sense to me at all. Lo and behold, a 4- or 5-year-old boy walked up to the other side of the window and gawked at the naughty photographs on my computer screen.
I kept gesturing this little boy to go away, and, at the same time, I kept trying to get rid of those pornographic pictures from my computer screen. In a low voice, I kept begging him to walk away, but he kept gawking at the naughty pictures and making a wide-eyed facial expression of curiosity. I didn't want anyone in the library to notice that he was gawking at naughty pictures, especially his parents.
I eventually got rid of the naughty pictures from my computer screen. I didn't want to allow someone's little kid to become emotionally scarred from seeing such filth. If his mother had come along and had become ballistic about the entire situation, I would have fully understood and I would have tried to explain to her what really had occurred.
Here in the United States or anywhere in the world, a parent is not going to want their toddler or preschooler to see pornographic materials on a computer screen; and nobody can argue with that. At the same time, it makes no sense that here in the United States an adult man cannot even have a harmless conversation with a teenager about the facts of life without people going up in arms about it and even involving the police.
American sex laws pertaining to teenage minors have gone way too far, and the enforcement of them is detracting from more important matters that the police should be handling. The United States is turning into a colossal puritanical black hole, and too many Americans are failing to realize it.
It's pitiful that Steven Robert Whitsett needs to run his YouTube channel from overseas in order to educate Americans about this problem without the authorities closing in on him. The First Amendment to the United States Constitution should protect all forms of free speech regardless of how controversial any forms of it may be here in the United States. Our nation is definitely going through a constitutional crisis, and I don't blame Mr. Whitsett for leaving it all behind.
Conventional wisdom holds that once a nation's prison-industrial complex becomes overgrown, the nation itself is on the brink of collapse. How much time does the United States have before that happens here? Probably not much time.
