1. Consenting Adolescents In Age-Gap Relationships
If you follow my PEAKD channel, then you probably already realize that I have never had much use for psychiatrists or any other mental-health professionals for that matter. I believe that Dr. Richard von Krafft-Ebing will likely go down in history as the most deplorable psychiatrist that has ever lived. He certainly created a monster after he coined the psychiatric term "pedophilia" and its likes back in 1886.
How could Dr. von Krafft-Ebing not have known that the whole conceptualization of pedophilia for which he is to blame was going to take on a life of its own in very harmful ways in years to come? He is the proof in the pudding that many mental-health professionals have destroyed entire societies and civilizations despite that they have had most of the entire world fooled into believing that they were serving the greater good.
Below is a video that Norman Michael Achin posted about a news story that came out of the United Kingdom about a 16-year-old girl who became romantically involved with a 49-year-old man and then later on had two teenage thugs murder him. She aided and abetted in killing him as well.

These three teenage minors were not vigilantes but rather domestic terrorists. The 49-year-old murder victim's name was Alexander Cashford, and, no, he was never a pedophile. He met the 16-year-old girl at an arcade, and he romanced her in a benign manner. He did not kidnap and rape a 6-year-old girl.
The statutory age of consent in the United Kingdom is 16 years old regardless of the age difference between the adult and the adolescent who engage in sexual intercourse with each other. Yes, this man did misrepresent his age as being only 30 years old. Women and teenage girls have been known to do the same thing, and society doesn't snipe at them for it.
The elephant in the room here is if a group of underage thugs had raped and murdered a middle-aged woman, somehow social-justice warriors would expect everyone to see them merely as troubled youths. These teenage punks will even go as far as screaming "statutory rape" if the police catch them. No, no, no. I am sick and tired of these double standards, and they need to end.
Mr. Achin is not a pedophile protector, because he doesn't defend adults who sexually prey on prepubescent children. This 16-year-old girl could have told Mr. Cashford that age-gap relationships were not her scene and then walked away from the tryst that was in bloom any time that she wished to do so. Therefore, I share the same assertion with Mr. Achin that the situation was not out of this young girl's control.
If all of these self-appointed psychiatrists, wood-chipper enthusiasts, self-proclaimed child advocates, and the likes feel offended whenever someone uses the term "reverse pedophilia" or the likes, then they need to start getting the definition of pedophilia and its likes right. Now there are teenagers committing murders predicated upon their misunderstanding of what pedophilia really is.
The Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ("DSM-5") specifies that a pedophile is someone 16 years of age or older who is sexually attracted to a prepubescent child 5 or more years their junior under the age of 13 (under the age of 11 under certain circumstances). It has nothing to do with a 49-year-old man showing attention and affection toward a 16-year-old girl.
Also, please don't anybody come at me with the term "MAP" (Minor-Attracted Person) or "MAPs" (Minor-Attracted Persons). Those terms are politically offensive in that they suggest that there is no difference between a 23-year-old man who weds a 17-year-old girl and a 69-year-old man who kidnaps and rapes a toddler. These terms should not be recognized as actual legitimate English abbreviations under any circumstances.
I suppose that Rachel Oates is going to have a field day with this same story in that it comes out of her native nation of the United Kingdom. She can take all her femi-Nazi rhetoric and stick it where it best fits as far as I'm concerned. That woman makes my blood coagulate with anger.
Mr. Achin brings up a point that vigilantism, which I call domestic terrorism in this case, is running rampant in both the United Kingdom and Australia because of British and Australian people's misunderstanding of what pedophilia truly is. Well, the reason for it is that the illiteracy rate is higher in both the United Kingdom and Australia than it is in the United States.
Last time I checked, the illiteracy rate in the United States was sitting at 14 percent, whereas it was sitting at 16 percent in the United Kingdom and 21 percent in Australia. It shouldn't be a double-digit figure in any nation within the Anglosphere, but the reason that pedophilia has evolved in its definition from a paraphilia into a bogus conspiracy theory is because of people's lack of education.
The three teenagers that murdered Mr. Cashford have all been convicted of manslaughter. Well, they did publicize their crimes on the Internet. So, what could they have expected? In other words, they implicated themselves, and they deserve whatever the British criminal justice system decides to dish out to them.
Mr. Achin is correct in his assertion that it's possible that there will be copycats. Hmmmm. Perhaps the United States needs to go back to the good old days before 1988 when it was still legal to execute minors as young as middle-school age. Call me callous if you wish, but stories like these make me so furious; and Dr. von Krafft-Ebing is a monster for having opened Pandora's box back in 1886 upon conceptualizing pedophilia.
If a 49-year-old man had met a 16-year-old girl at an arcade and took her out on a date for a good time in Brazil, Eastern Europe, or the Philippines, nobody would have been hurt. Teenage boys in those nations don't even seem to get all worked up into a frenzy whenever some middle-aged man or adult man of any age crosses over into what they perceive to be their generational turf. Virtually nobody even raises an eyebrow in those nations whenever a 16-year-old girl gets involved in an age-gap relationship.
I cannot figure out what makes nations in the Anglosphere so different from the rest of the world in that same respect. Teenage minors in English-speaking industrialized nations want to have as much sexual freedom as society can give them, but, at the same time, many of them appear to believe that an adult sexually attracted to them is no less of a pedophile than an adult who kidnaps, rapes, and kills a toddler they snatched from a playground. It makes absolutely no sense at all.

Whenever I read the comments section to Mr. Achin's videos on his YouTube channel, I usually expect them to be well-thought-out and intellectually enriched. Then again, most people who watch his videos are meticulous critical thinkers rather than hotheaded idiots. The comments section to his video above is no exception to that same rule. Therefore, I'm going to respond to the ones I really liked.

The video played fine for me.... he's just running and the person holding the camera is pointing it at the ground mostly because they don't know how to record, apparently, so it's hard to follow.... then it just shows his picture, then the casino/arcade interaction. People react this way to suspected "pedophiles" because the stereotype is that there is ALWAYS significant harm to the "victim".... always "scarred for life" trauma and nothing less, which just isn't true. The ones who do suffer from that kind of trauma usually make it hard for others who enjoyed their experience to tell it honestly. They think it lessens their trauma somehow, but it has nothing to do with it. I've seen this play out on social media comments. They get triggered and everyone flocks to defend them... it's like mob mentality sticking up for the "scarred for life" narrative "just in case" so another child doesn't experience what they did, assuming they will end up just like them and completely ignoring the possibility of becoming someone who enjoyed it as a child with no regrets as an adult, because that's seen as supporting "abuse" instead of just telling about an honest encounter. I'll also just mention.... as minors, if they can't consent to their own sexual behavior because they have underdeveloped brains and don't understand the consequences, then how come they can magically consent and understand the consequences in another scenario in order to be convicted?? . . . The double standard is insane.

People "infantilizing" teens and acting like they can't consent to anything.... as if "minor" implies a 16 year old is the same as a 6 year old based only on the "minor" label. I've seen that point of view being expressed all over social media like some kind of social mental illness lol.... people see teens that way when it benefits their ideology, but ignore it when it doesn't. The vigilantes just feed into this narrative.

So, the 16 year old gave the man her phone number with the intent of setting him up to cause harm to him. She chose to do that instead of just letting him know that she was not interested.
And from what I read, it looked like her age was not even brought up until AFTER the phone number exchange and AFTER the girl expressed interest in the man. That’s certainly not a vulnerable minor who was being exploited. She and her friends knew very well what they were doing, and they chose to use this as an opportunity to commit a crime of violence. That shows that they are the ones who are a danger to others.
This is more harm that is the result of those fraudulent sting operations that are conducted by those greedy, evil people behind this scam and who enjoy causing harm to others. This is what they have taught young people and encouraged mentally unstable people like this to do. At least their government is holding them accountable and protecting others from them.

What is the solution? One good step is reducing or eliminating the wasted resources spent on Registries and spend it on educating parents and opening opportunities for people to ask for counseling when they are in need and NOT turning it into a criminal intervention. Plus educating the general public of the realities of any and all of sexual paraphilias, and publishing the data that are almost always empirically agreed up by experts in the field and stop creating an environment of mass hysteria. YouTuber @Ninja1k-h3q? You obviously did your homework; but consider yourself an endangered species, because these "predator" catchers don't care about the truth or the facts. They know how to rile up a mob of people, and they do it with great malice.
Dr. Ray Blanchard was one of the main psychiatrists who tried to reclassify hebephilia as a paraphilia and a psychiatric disorder back in 2013, when the American Psychiatric Association ("A. P. A.") was getting ready to publish the DSM-5. Luckily, the A. P. A. saw right through him and decided to continue to treat hebephilia as nothing more than a social construct that was normative among adults.
Fact has it that Dr. Blanchard is nothing more than an agitator who couldn't care less about the irreparable harm that his proposals would have done to society if the A. P. A. had decided to reclassify hebephilia as a paraphilia and psychiatric disorder in the same manner that they did so previously with pedophilia. He probably views Dr. Richard von Krafft-Ebing as a hero in the psychiatric profession. People like him cannot be trusted, to say the least about him.

People love to put things into categories, because that's how our brains are wired, but it really means nothing. Julie Posey is greatly to blame for starting this trend of mendaciously pedo-shaming everyone who doesn't fit the mold of the young adult who marries their same-age high-school sweetheart at age 19 à la Tony Danza or Macaulay Culkin. Chris Hansen added heat to the fire so many years later when he began televising online sex-sting operations.
Now we have a criminal justice system and a court system here in the United States that ignores the very same laws that they are supposed to be observing whenever one of those online sex-sting operations or any kind of sex case involving a teenage minor is taken through the legal process. That is, anyone who is arrested for anything of this nature gets denied their constitutional rights and even their dignity during the adjudication of their criminal matter at the judicial level.

I point at News Media as the biggest problem when it comes to these Labelings. Often the Headlines are " Sex Offender" did this, or "Sex Offender" did that, and they do not fully explain any of the issues fully (which stirs ignorant minds` emotions and fuels hatred, then the name calling begins, pedo this & pedo that, and so on). In ten years, none of us will even recognize our nation at all. We can thank domestic terrorists like QAnon and others like them. How can they even fight real pedophilia if they can't even get the definition of it right? Also, what gives them the right to make light of racism?

It is nearly impossible to cover the amount of information pertaining to the damage that pedophile-panic fanatics, "predator" catchers, and the likes have done to our society in only one article. These individuals have evolved into domestic terrorists, and they are brainwashing the public into believing that teenage sex or even an adult's non-Platonic interest in teenagers is a form of pedophilia when they cannot be any more wrong than they are.
Pedophilia is definitely a psychiatric disorder and a paraphilia, and society needs to protect itself from it. However, what these self-proclaimed child advocates and the likes cannot seem to understand is that pedophilia is something much more elaborate than they care to realize. We must not allow for such ignorance and stupidity ultimately to destroy our civilization.
Dr. Richard von Krafft-Ebing left us with a big mess to clean up, and he's been dead for over a century. It's incredible how much destruction one psychiatrist can unleash upon the world, even posthumously.
