If you surf around on YouTube regularly as I do, then you probably know who Jesse Weber is and you've watched him on his show "Law&Crime Sidebar with Jesse Weber" on the Law&Crime Network on YouTube. If you don't know who he is, you will do so by the end of this article.
Although I cannot deny that this man has produced some interesting material on his show, at the same time, I have to snipe at him for being the sensationalist that he is, especially with teenage sex cases. He fails to differentiate between the Lolita stuff and actual child molestation in what amounts to mostly verbal editorial opinions on his part.
In the video below, Mr. Weber makes this one New Mexico gentleman named Rafael Eduardo Rosas out to look like a serial child rapist, when reality has it that Mr. Rosas did nothing more than merely flirt with a make-believe 15-year-old girl in an online adult chatroom. Before I add in my two cents, I'll allow you to watch the video below from the Law&Crime Network to get an idea of what happened with Mr. Rosas.
Rafael Eduardo Rosas Fell Victim To Entrapment By Authorities
Now, I read all the garbage in the comments section to this same video from all the self-appointed psychiatrists, trolls, self-proclaimed child advocates, TCAP freaks, and all the other know-it-alls and do-gooders, but, at the end of the day, this poor man has to serve nine months behind bars for attempting to have sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl who does not even exist and is not real. In my school of thought, there cannot be a crime, if there is no victim.
Some of you out there may wish to ask me the million-dollar question. That is, what if Mr. Rosas had actually met a real 15-year-old girl? Okay, that's a fair question. Well, my response to that question is that a number of 15-year-old girls are sexually active in the United States; and as long as there are 15-year-old girls who have sex with boys the same age as them, there are going to be 15-year-old girls who have sex with older men.
Should Mr. Rosas have said no to a 15-year-old girl seeking sexual intercourse with him? After all, the law says that he shouldn't have sex with her. That's really not a yes or no question.
There are probably more nations throughout the world that deem 15-year-old girls to be consenting adults than there are nations that don't do so. If Mr. Rosas had actually gone to bed with a 15-year-old girl, it would not have been the same thing as a middle-aged man kidnapping and raping a toddler.
Mr. Weber and the authorities who gave press conferences certainly didn't seem to believe that there was any such difference. Then again, what do they care about the truth?
1. The Authorities' Entrapment Tactics
The elephant in the room here is that the Internet Crimes Against Children ("I.C.A.C.") task force was involved in the same above-described investigation and arrest, and they have developed a bad reputation for using a bait-and-switch method to entrap men for these same "crimes." This case was no different.
A detective entered into an adult website posing as an adult woman to lure Mr. Rosas into a conversation with him, and then he changed his age to 15 years old. In his video below, Norman Michael Achin talks about the harm that these authorities intentionally do in utilizing this so-called investigative technique. Mr. Achin lives in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Norman Michael Achin Explains How Authorities Apply Entrapment Tactics In Online Sex-Sting Operations
In light of Mr. Achin's video, where the activities of I.C.A.C. investigators become more outrageous is that they are engaging in entrapment to rake in funds that the Federal government doesn't really have. In that manner, they are sinking the United States further into debt with the People's Republic of China insofar as they have jeopardized American national security as explained in Jason B Truth's article titled "I. C. A. C. Sex Stings May Be Jeopardizing National Security."
Rafael Eduardo Rosas has to serve nine months behind bars and register as a sex offender afterwards merely for a thought crime. Meanwhile, the underage boy who violently raped the late Aubreigh Wyatt when she was 12 years old and he was 12 or 13 years old continues to walk the streets of his town in complete freedom. He has not been arrested to this very day.
I'm a little confused about all the rhetoric that the I.C.A.C. investigators spewed to the camera about saving all the children of our nation from the clutches of sexual predators. It seems to me that they are merely conducting a teenage-pregnancy-prevention campaign in the form of a fishing expedition instead.
These I.C.A.C. buffoons probably coerced Mr. Rosas into accepting his plea bargain by threatening him with ridiculously lengthy prison time if he had refused their plea offer. In other words, he fell victim to a coerced plea deal.
Jesse Weber runs his mouth on camera about how he believes that Chris Hansen is such a hero, when reality has it that Mr. Hansen is clearly a disgrace to the world of journalism in that he couldn't care less about the facts.
If any of these people truly wanted to wage a war against the brutalization and sexual exploitation of children, they would be setting up an appointment to meet face to face with California Governor Gavin Newsom to persuade him to grant Erik Menendez and Lyle Menendez full gubernatorial pardons. Either that or they would be making efforts to convince elected officials to abolish parental testamentary freedom. However, they're not going to do it, because they see no financial advantage to it for themselves.
2. Rafael Eduardo Rosas' Handling Of The Police
Rafael Eduardo Rosas did the right thing by evading the police upon their questioning him. However, he would have been better off if he had pled the Fifth Amendment altogether. In other words, he shouldn't have spoken to the police at all. In his video below, Norman Michael Achin even warns anyone who falls into similar circumstances as Mr. Rosas did not to talk to cops.
Norman Michael Achin Warns People Not To Trust Cops Who Conduct Online Sex-Sting Operations
Telling the cops that you have COVID-19 might chase them away should they come to your front door, but there's no guarantee of it. It's better not to talk to them at all.
I have to question what would have happened if Mr. Rosas had claimed in the chatroom itself that he didn't believe in premarital sex. I'm sure these cops would have pulled some conspiracy theory about grooming out of their backsides. They have everything all plotted out in case their suspect turns out not to be the Marquis de Sade that they want him to be.
3. The Hypocrisy Of The American Criminal Justice System And Society At Large
If Rafael Eduardo Rosas had been a 16-year-old boy trying to hook up with a 15-year-old girl for sexual intercourse and he had gotten a girl that age pregnant as a result and bailed on her after finding out that she was pregnant, do you think that the criminal justice system and American society in general would have cared about it? Probably not.
In our nation, it seems that an underage boy can behave as deplorably and despicably as he wishes to do so with middle-school and high-school girls below the statutory age of consent in their jurisdiction, and nobody does anything about it. On the other hand, a 20-year-old college man can't even send a 17-year-old girl a bouquet of flowers without being suspected of having dishonorable intentions for her.
There have been reports of more and more police officers getting shot and killed merely because they wear the gun and the badge. It doesn't surprise me in the least when you consider how they neglect other more serious matters and focus most of their manpower on these online sex-sting operations that are mostly witch hunts. Elected officials have responded to it. Watch the video below.
Hate Crimes Against Police Officers Are Becoming More Common Than In The Past
I don't like the idea of people killing police officers in cold blood, because I know that there still remain a number of good police officers out there despite that the majority of them seem to feed their own greedy agendas. When I was a little kid, nobody I knew of ever showed disrespect for the men and women in blue. Then again, times are changing here in the United States and not for the better.
4. The Comments Section To Jesse Weber's News Piece
Although the comments section to Jesse Weber's video above was mostly an intellectual wasteland, there were a few posts that caught my eye, but not all necessarily in a positive manner.
There’s far more predator pdfiles than what the statistics say. It’s becoming far more common than it should be.
I myself know many pdfiles in my personal life so the numbers are much higher.
The ones I know aren’t just from hearsay. They’ve actually been charged for it. My dad was a pdfile and my uncles was but they’re both dead now thank goodness!. My ex and his cousin are as well. His cousin was charged for assaulting his 12yr old stepdaughter and my ex hasn’t been charged for the 13yr old he assaulted. My ex is 35 and he’s dating a 15 yr old right now. No one is doing anything about it and the girls family doesn’t care because she’s illegal and he’s not so they’re hoping he’ll be able to eventually give her citizenship. In their country Brazil they think it’s okay for men to date underage girls. It’s disgusting!
YouTuber _xo? Your spelling and grammar are atrocious. The fact that you are a borderline illiterate explains why you have no idea what the real definition is of a pedophile. Pedophiles prey on small children rather than on adolescents.
Furthermore, YouTuber _xo, you don't get to pick and choose what every culture outside the United States decides about what they view to be age-appropriate. If your 35-year-old "ex" wishes to date a 15-year-old Brazilian girl, that's his business. He doesn't have to answer up to you. You don't get to decide anyone's moral compass.
Now, if this man really did something to harm a 13-year-old girl that doesn't involve her doing an Alisha Dean on him, then he should get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. However, let's remember that he is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
They should partner with the responsible private groups so they can catch MORE people and spend LESS tax payer dollars ! I don’t understand how they don’t want to work with private groups when they worked so well with Chris Hansen 😂
Therein YouTuber @Swissmiss8899 replied to him and posted:
Because private groups find police, politicians, and school leaders who are participating in these horrible activities. At least the government workers know to protect each other from getting caught 😡😤😭
YouTuber @Swissmiss8899? You hit it right on the button. Back when I lived in Los Angeles, California, I heard of stories about police officers taking 12- and 13-year-old prostitutes into alleys and paying them to have sex with them, which clearly demonstrates how they break the same laws they have been tasked to uphold.
5. The West Virginia Suspect's Involvement In Child Pornography
After Jesse Weber ran his mouth about Rafael Eduardo Rosas and never really proved anything about him other than that the police entrapped him in an online sex-sting operation, he did introduce an interesting story about a 50-something-year-old man from West Virginia whom the police arrested for child pornography. Unlike Mr. Rosas, this man was an actual child sexual predator, because he preyed upon prepubescent children.
Nevertheless, this is the problem that I'm having with Mr. Weber. He shouldn't be putting Mr. Rosas in the same program as the West Virginia man, because he has nothing in common with him. Of course, this is the methodology that unethical journalists like Mr. Weber utilize to promote fake pedophilia.
The law-enforcement officials ran their mouths about how they felt that Mr. Rosas needed psychiatric help. Well, Mr. Rosas could be an ephebophile at worst, but he's probably really a teleiophile who missed out on the teenage dating scene back when he was in high school. Last time I checked, the American Psychiatric Association ("A. P. A.") considered ephebophilia and teleiophilia to be normative. Therefore, Mr. Rosas would not need any kind of psychotherapy, whereas the West Virginia man does.
These I.C.A.C. investigators absolutely love to dig up every shady shrink they can find to go along with this same game of theirs to harm those that they entrap in online sex-sting operations. Below is a video in which Norman Michael Achin talks about it.
Norman Michael Achin Denounces Psychotherapists That Work Closely With I.C.A.C. Investigators And Other Authorities
These shrinks are on nobody's side except for the law-enforcement officials who enlist them to further their agenda. They're backstabbers. Mr. Achin knows the system inside out, so he knows what he's talking about. These shady shrinks want to gain as much celebrity status in their profession as shysters like Dr. Park Elliott Dietz and the late Dr. James Grigson have done so.
6. Final Thoughts
Responsible journalism doesn't involve promoting fake pedophilia, and that is exactly what Jesse Weber is doing on the Law&Crime Network YouTube channel. His actions as well as the actions of I.C.A.C. investigators are helping nobody.
Meanwhile, small children under 11 years old are suffering severe beatings and rapes at the hands of their parents or other family members, and somehow the authorities don't seem to have the time or the resources to address these problems. Georgia has very tough statutory-rape laws and the likes insofar as their authorities work aggressively to segregate teenage girls from adult men in a sexually-based manner.
On the other hand, the Georgia authorities allow parents to beat on their kids, with impunity. A YouTuber named Timothy Mills has become exhausted in attempting to get government officials there in Georgia to protect his small children from suffering violence at the hands of their mother.
Online sex-sting operations are products of government fraud. The United States has statutory ages of consent that are so high that they're not helping anyone. I.C.A.C. task forces are conducting their investigations on borrowed money that will only compound the national debt. Men are going to jail and prison for "victimizing" teenagers that don't even exist. It all has to end somewhere.
Mr. Weber is conspiring with authorities to indoctrinate the public into believing that adult men are to blame for all of teenage girls' problems, especially sexually-related ones. Underage boys have far more access to girls between 12 and 17 years of age than adult men do, and they're misusing that immediate access to harm them. Yet society turns a blind eye to these punks' transgressions and insists that the proverbial dirty old man is the culprit in these girls' problems.
Now, I know what some of you are probably thinking. You're probably saying that Rafael Eduardo Rosas was a sexual predator who is a danger to teenage girls. Well, actually, if you can even define Mr. Rosas as a sexual predator who is a danger to teenage girls, you cannot deny that Levi Johnston is a sexual predator who poses an even greater danger to teenage girls.
Let's not forget that Levi Johnston forcibly raped Bristol Palin back when she was 16 years old. Of course, you'll never see Mr. Weber doing any news stories about him merely by virtue of the fact that he was the same age as Bristol Palin when he did it.
Should Mr. Rosas be sexually attracted to a 15-year-old girl? Nobody in Mr. Weber's news piece really indicated how old Mr. Rosas was. He has a Hispanic name. I recall once reading online these want ads from a Salvadorian newspaper, and one of them was from a 23-year-old man who was looking for a girlfriend between 15 and 20 years of age.
Perhaps to Mr. Rosas, a 15-year-old girl is just as much of a woman as a 20-year-old woman is because of his upbringing and his ethnic background. It could be that it is the only world that he has ever known. It doesn't make him a sexual deviant.
The United States does not have a market over everyone's moral compass. Other cultures and other societies have different ways of determining what is and is not age-appropriate.
Could it be that the United States has become absorbed so deeply into a puritanical black hole that there is no way out of it? I hate to think so, but it's going to take a load of work to get us all out of it if we're even to be successful at doing so. The most effective way of doing so is calling people like Mr. Weber out on their misleading propaganda to the public. We don't need moral panics left and right.
