Oh, wow! I don't even have to search for news stories like the ones I'm about to tell you. They always somehow seem to find their way to me in one way or another. I don't have to surf on the Internet at all to locate any of these news stories. They automatically appear in the thumbnails of suggested videos whenever I go into YouTube.
I'm not a big Roman Polanski fan. However, there was this older lady from the entertainment industry whom was interviewed in a documentary about him, and one very powerful statement she made was that "the United States was not colonized by the French but rather the Puritans." After looking over the two above-described news stories, I cannot help but to find wisdom to that older lady's words.
In the late 1600s and 1700s, the Salem witch trials led to the unconscionable executions and murders of a whole host of innocent women whom had been falsely accused of witchcraft in New England. Then along came the Red Scare in the 1950s in which Senator Joe McCarthy railroaded innocent individuals on accusations of being communists throughout the United States.
I honestly do not believe that our nation has ever matured from those two above-described tragedies in our history, because now our criminal justice system is inundating court dockets with frivolous and malicious sex cases. Our Federal government is not doing much better for the American people.
1. A Teenage Sex Case Out Of Wisconsin
You may or may not remember a situation back in 1997 in Port Washington, Wisconsin in which an 18-year-old man named Kevin Gillson was tried and wrongfully convicted for having consensual relations with his 15-year-old girlfriend, who was also the mother of his child. Even though a number of people sniped at the prosecutor for hammering him, she was actually promoted to a judge later on.
Well, now there is a case out of that same state - Wisconsin - in which a 19-year-old man met up with a 14-year-old girl online and did nothing to harm her and did nothing against her will, yet somehow the authorities managed to treat him as though he were some kind of serial child rapist. Below is a video about it.
Ladies and gentlemen? You'll notice that the embedded video below reads as "Video unavailable . . . Playback on other websites has been disabled by the video owner . . . Watch on YouTube." Do not panic! Simply bring your cursor over to "Watch on YouTube" and click on it. Then you'll be taken to the actual video on YouTube. I apologize for any confusion that this may have caused you.
Police Caught A Teenage Boy Hiding In A 14-Year-Old Girl's Closet For A Week
Remember Zachery Anderson from Indiana? He was that 19-year-old man who got arrested so many years ago for meeting up with a 14-year-old girl in Michigan and having sexual intercourse with her. The young man in the video above is also named Zachery. Zachery Vogt is his full name.
All right. I realize that Mr. Anderson didn't deserve all the legal trouble that he got from his brush with the law, because, after all, the 14-year-old girl he had sex with had lied to him about her age and had him believing that she was 17 years old instead, which would have been perfectly legal in Michigan. Mr. Vogt, on the other hand, did a few other naughty things with the 14-year-old girl he hooked up with in Wisconsin.
I'm not going to make Mr. Vogt out to look like Goldilocks, because he was like that rebellious bad boy you knew back in high school that every beautiful teenage girl seemed to want to date and that you didn't understand what these girls saw in him. Nonetheless, the 14-year-old girl that he shared horizontal activities with was never coerced into anything that she didn't want to do. Whatever went on between her and Mr. Vogt was completely volitional. I would hardly call her a victim.
The 14-year-old girl probably bragged about everything she did with Mr. Vogt whenever she conversed with her girlfriends at school. If Mr. Vogt had only been a few years younger, this same news story would never have surfaced on YouTube or anywhere else. The only real crime that this young man committed was not invoking his Fifth-Amendment rights to demand a lawyer when the police questioned him. They were definitely not looking out to do him any favors, to say the least about them.
All the wood-chipper enthusiasts had a field day in the comments section to this same video. A YouTuber that goes by the user name of @windigocollector3240 posted therein:
anybody defending this guy… seriously, from the bottom of my heart, you are less than human to me and i have 0 respect for your existence, i hope everyone doing that has 0 family or close friends that they can potentially abuse with their predatory mind. seriously, gut-wrenchingly disgusting and mortifying how many comments are acting like what he did wasn’t a big deal. i hope more judges do like this hero and help destroy this surprisingly pervasive culture of SA we live in
YouTuber 3240? Put a sock in it! You clearly don't believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. This incident doesn't really go beyond being a typical case of teenage sex, which should never be a crime in any law book. The 14-year-old girl invited this teenager into her home. She could have walked away from the situation any time that she wanted to do so, but she undoubtedly wanted to have sex with this young man, period. He never put a gun or knife to her throat.
And please don't tell me that Mr. Vogt groomed this same girl. She was fully aware of what she was doing. There was no sexual abuse. End of story. In most nations, this relationship would have been perfectly legal. Duhhhh!!!!
All the wood-chipper enthusiasts that posted in that same comments section need to chew on this one point. Why don't we take Levi Johnston, Jesse Mack Butler, and that one 12- or 13-year-old punk who brutally raped the late Aubreigh Wyatt when she was 12 years old and throw all three of them into a wood chipper? Oh, I have to remember that doing so would be politically incorrect, because all three of these losers were the same age as their underage victims.
Fortunately, there were YouTubers that posted in the comments section to the same video above that were learned about the situation and others like it. A YouTuber that goes by the user name of @MrSchizoPL posted:
USA country where kid can decide his gender. Not long time ago could take puberty blockers but can’t decide to suck and f---. He didn’t rape her and all photos was send by her. 15 years is crazy. You can get 10 years for murder.
YouTuber @MrSchizoPL? You took the words right out of my mouth. That girl's life is not going to be damaged from the police activities. On the other hand, the authorities slapped Mr. Vogt with trumped-up charges and obviously the court system didn't even question it. So much for our fair system of justice here in the so-called land of milk and honey.
A YouTuber who goes by the user name of @mr.wyodak2131 replied to YouTuber @MrSchizoPL's comment, and he posted:
What causes my dissonance is how this story has several remarkable similarities to Romeo and Juliet, but it isn't noticed, or seen the same way by the peanut gallery. But true to the storyline, he overstayed and it cost him his life: especially if you consider 15 years is effectively a life sentence in a handful of countries.
YouTuber @mr.wyodak2131? You hit it right on the button. The sex laws in the United States are turning our nation into a Fascist totalitarian police state that cares nothing about the true pursuit of criminal justice.
Mr. Vogt doesn't belong in prison. He belongs back home with his parents. If he and his family didn't have the money to build a strong defense for him in the court system, that is another miscarriage of justice on its own.
Meanwhile, an underage boy continues to walk the streets of Oceanville, Mississippi freely, even though he brutally, violently, and forcibly raped the late Aubreigh Wyatt back in 2022 when she was only 12 years old. He and others drove her to committing suicide. The police down there investigated the rape charges, but they never even as so much made an arrest. It's only a matter of time before he breaks into some elderly woman's house and violently rapes her.
It goes to show you that our criminal justice system doesn't care about true victims of sex crimes. Our police only go on puritanical missions to hammer young men still in their teenage years whenever those men and the girls they fall in love with are each barely on opposite sides of the legal age line. It's a travesty of justice.
It offends me that the Federal authorities got involved in Mr. Vogt's matter, because it's evident of how our Federal government absolutely loves to waste tax dollars on witch hunts like these. President Donald J. Trump has cut back funding for some of these witch hunts, but he still has a long way to go before our prisons become free of harmless individuals like Mr. Vogt.
Mr. Vogt would never be clinically diagnosed as a pedophile in accordance with the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ("DSM-5") despite that some of the YouTubers accused him of being one. Pedophilia has nothing to do with whether or not someone is legally old enough to vote in a presidential election here in the United States.
2. A Teenage Sex Case Out Of Texas
This next story about a frivolous and malicious sex case against a teenage boy really has me peeved. Watch the video below.
A 19-Year-Old Defendant Gets Hammered For Having Had Harmless Consensual Relations With A Girl Close To His Age
Judge Boyd made him register as a sex offender? You have got to be kidding me. The 19-year-old defendant's name is John Carlos Cisneros Armstrong, and he is no sex offender in my school of thought.
A YouTuber who goes by the user name of @mysticdragonwolf89 posted in the comments section to the above video and stated:
Context of this case is important. The girl claimed she was 18 she was 15. The teenager was 18 when it happened meaning the Romeo and Juliet law couldn’t apply to him. This is not your standard child rapist, so everyone calm down
YouTuber @mysticdragonwolf89? I like your logic. However, in my opinion, "statutory rape" shouldn't even be a strict-liability crime but rather an "intent" offense that requires the prosecutor to show that actual harm was done to the alleged victim.
Mr. Armstrong fell into similar circumstances as Kevin Gillson did back in 1997. Like Wisconsin, Texas has the most draconian sex laws in the nation thanks to their former governor, Greg Abbott.
A YouTuber who goes by the user name of replied back to YouTuber @mysticdragonwolf89 and posted:
Not your standard child rapist." I didn't know there was a specific criterion to be labeled that. He still shouldn't have gone there in the first place. He crawled through a bedroom window WITHOUT her parents' consent. He is a red flag. He is not innocent. He had a choice, too.
YouTuber ? The teenage girl had a choice too. It was not as though she screamed rape. She could have backed out of the sex any time she wanted to do so. Moreover, Mr. Armstrong and this girl were only three years apart in age difference. For crying out loud, ten years ago they were both watching Bugs Bunny cartoons. It's not as though some sick, twisted old man grabbed a toddler into his car and took her off somewhere to commit unspeakable crimes against her.
What part of any of those points I made do people like you not understand, YouTuber ? American statutory-rape laws are pulling down our nation. In reality, Mr. Armstrong raped nobody.
3. A Domestic Terrorist In The Making
If you want to hunt down a real predator, then look no further than Zaid Gitesatani who goes by the name "Ghost" in his C.C. Unit. He's a "predator" hunter and online vigilante who believes that he is rescuing teenage girls from their own sexual promiscuity. However, in reality, he is nothing but a domestic terrorist, and now he's in trouble with the Federal authorities for physically assaulting a complete stranger from behind in broad daylight. Norman Michael Achin talks about him in his video below.
Norman Michael Achin Describes How Self-Absorbed Zaid Gitesatani Is In His Role As A Domestic Terrorist
In the comments section to this same video, Mr. Achin posted:
Listen, I have SOME sympathy for Zaid's situation. What Israeli gov't is doing in Gaza and on the recent ship of activists and elsewhere is beyond the pail. It is sickening, and I do not approve of violence and despicable behavior either, including retaliating against Jews, too
I agree with Mr. Achin. I personally don't like the idea of our Federal government dumping valuable tax dollars into wars that the Jewish wage against the Palestinians in Israel. At the same time, I also realize that the Jewish Israelis have been helping Afrikaners to protect themselves against the Zulu gangs in South Africa, so I have to give them that. However, those matters are neither here nor there.
Mr. Gitesatani severely crossed a line when he assaulted a man who had never done anything to him personally. I really wish that Alex Rosen had not gone along with Mr. Gitesatani when that incident occurred, because Mr. Rosen has to know that it's not going to look good on him.
The point I'm trying to make here is that I would have no problem living next door to the two 19-year-old men (Zachery Vogt and John Carlos Cisneros Armstrong) who were hammered for doing something that would have been perfectly legal for a high-school or middle-school boy to do if he were a minor. However, I would never want to live next door to a domestic terrorist like Mr. Gitesatani.
4. Final Thoughts
Ladies and gentlemen? The heart does what it wants rather than what society and the law expect it to do. Because of our draconian sex laws, our nation is becoming the laughingstock of the world; and these idiots who have Pedophile-Panic Derangement Syndrome and wish to absorb us all into their make-believe world of age-appropriate perfection and wholesome purity are doing nothing to help the situation.
Throwing the book at individuals who have engaged in what cannot be described as anything more than a Romeo-and-Juliet infraction is harming our nation more than it is helping it. They definitely should not be forced to register as sex offenders. Placing people on the sex-offender registry who don't belong on it is not making us all into a better society but rather quite the opposite.
In his video below, Norman Michael Achin describes how the harms that casually requiring sex-offender registration for light sexual offenses that are civil disobedience at worst are eating into the societal fabric of our culture. He also points out how deceptive online sex-sting operations are insofar as they are entrapment at best.
Norman Michael Achin Points Out The Needless Troubles Of Registrants That Should Never Have Been Arrested In The First Place
If Zaid Gitesatani really wanted to serve the greater good to help the youth of our nation, he would be rallying for state legislatures to enact forced heirship laws everywhere in our nation. He would also be pushing elected officials to pass strong laws that would keep judges from locking up minors in adult correctional facilities where they'll only be exposed to dangerous career criminals.
Of course, because Mr. Gitesatani is a domestic terrorist, he is not doing anything to improve society for the younger members of it. Like other domestic terrorists, he is going around, sabotaging people's lives needlessly and even resorting to violence and extortion. At the end of the day, he and other domestic terrorists like him have big egos and small penises.
