Wow indeed. I have only seen it in pictures. There are scientific explanations for it - water temperature, freezing state in the cloud, and ice crystals - but one never knows if these formations are natural or geo-engineered. The one thing that is clear, is that we have been witnessing some really strange weather phenomenon in the skies of late.
