MUSHARRAF ACCUSED OF KILLING GENARO
the court has accused the country's former president Perez Musharraf of killing former Pakistani prime minister Benghazi Bhutto. according to the government lawyers, the BBC reporter that the charges were framed on Tuesday by convicting Musharraf.
After returning home from voluntary exile, the then opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in an election rally in Rawalpindi on December 27, 2007. Musharraf has been charged for murder, conspiracy and assistance in the incident. Meanwhile, Parvez Musharraf denied the allegation. The hearing was adjourned till 27 August.
