I'm starting a new "7 day writing challenge" where I'd be writing about 'Fake News'. This is one of the biggest problems we are facing every day.
This post details about the next 7 days of my writing challenge. The topic for this writing challenge is "The Era Of Fake News".
The fake news is not restricted only to print media, it is carried over through all the networks - electronic media, social media, rumours, verbal communications etc and it impacts in many areas physically, mentally, financially. There is still no cure for this disease of 'fake news' yet, many are trying to control and finding ways to stop it but we do not have anything concrete to address it.
It is important for everyone to be aware and be cautious about how you consume and propagate(spread) information.
The plan
This is Season 1 and Day 0, so I'll keep it short. The following are some of the high level plan I have in mind.
- I'd write about the topic for the next 7 days.
- The post to be at least 500 words and should be less than 5 min read for the viewers.
- I'll try to bring in different perspective to the topic and try to make it useful for the readers.
- I'd spend at least 30 mins a day(Not sure how I'll squeeze this in my usual routine).
