HELP! to follow

Yesterday eve, I first started with this account, watching and wondering whats about on steemit.

I do have some questions, besides what I already found out, how to become a good account;

1/ Post good articles with nice idea, before introduce yourself.
2/ Follow people.
3/ comment and upvote for your friends.

Now my questions is; How to manage that people will follow you? Maybe you could follow me :-)
