"Delaware gave pro-abortion advocates a rare but big win last week when Gov. John Carney signed a bill making it legal to kill unborn babies through all nine months of pregnancy."
Well this seems a little excessive. It is supposed to be a reactionary measure in fears that Trump could overturn the nationwide legal abortion laws. Such a reactionary and emotionally driven response is usually a case for unforeseen consequences.
The case is made that it is to protect the mothers health. Child birth is risky for the mother at the best of times, does this mean anyone can abort up until the labor pains start?
It will be interesting to see how this pans out and what if any precedent is set.
