There are indications that schools and workplaces are bringing back masks and other covid measures. These measures didn't work the first time around and covid has since evolved into just another inconsequential cold for the overwhelming majority of people, so it's unclear what the point of the new policies really is. My theory is that the purpose is pure tribalism, with a public health pretext. If you want to be in their tribe, you have to wear the tribe's ritual garment, in this case a mask.
Schools want students that conform. Companies want workers that conform. Governments want citizens that conform. And administrators in all arenas are being exposed to the same fear mongering we're all seeing in media. Consciously, these administrators likely believe that they're creating the new policies to keep people safe. Yet their underlying purpose clearly involves forcing conformity on people.
To be fair, such organizations have always expected conformity to some degree and that makes sense. Some places require uniforms. Most ritually indoctrinate newbies and call it training. There's nothing wrong with this in principle. But using public health as a pretense for it seems like manipulative overreach.
At the same time, on Twitter and elsewhere, many are saying that there may be a new round of lockdowns in our future. And CNN is posting vaccine propaganda pieces like this one, titled 'Which arm gets the Covid-19 booster may make a difference, study shows.' Since it is now known that nearly three percent of Moderna booster recipients show signs of myocardial injury, I can't believe anyone still thinks these shots are a good idea. But CNN and other mainstream outlets keep promoting the dangerous and unnecessary medical procedure.
I would be very surprised to see a national or global covid scam 2.0 rolled out. I think we'll continue to deal with echos of the pandemic madness, but can't quite picture people going along with all of that again. Whenever something disastrous happens, it's natural to fear that it will reoccur. But it's much more likely that the next big scam will be different.
There are rumblings about anthrax and other biological dangers. There's also been an increase in official acknowledgments of UFOs. Imagine how many shots Pfizer could sell to vaccinate us against a previously unknown extraterrestrial virus. Of course, the threat need not be real, and the shot could contain any compound that the control regime wants our bodies to contain.
Though distinctly possible, this all seems fairly unlikely. More likely, in my opinion, is the CBDC scam going mainstream. The phase out of cash has been underway for some time, but it was greatly accelerated by the pandemic response, and there are powerful forces in the US and Europe now taking steps to introduce programmable CBDCs into our economies.
If the pandemic response impinged upon our freedom, CBDCs promise to erase freedom entirely. Fortunately, we haven't yet seen the kind of catalyzing event that would probably be necessary to get the public on board with the new funny money. There are indicators that a wave of bank failures is on the horizon, driven by hilariously over-inflated real estate prices. If there's a financial crisis this fall, CBDCs may well be sold as a remedy.
