President of Krishak Sramik Janata League, Kader Siddiqui met the General Secretary of the Awami League and Road Transport and Construction Minister Obaidul Quader. He met at Obaidul Quader's office in the Secretariat office on Thursday afternoon.
According to sources, at around 3:30 pm, Kader Siddiqui went to the secretariat. There he talked with Obaidul Quader for 30 minutes.
Later, at four o'clock in the afternoon, the former BNP minister and the new political alliance-BNP president Nazmul Huda met Obaidul Quader at the same place.
A source from Awami League said that the discussion between the leaders of the upcoming elections and the Awami League led coalition-grand alliance was discussed. After the meeting, Obaidul Quader, Kader Siddiqui or Nazmul Huda did not say anything to the media.
Senior Information Officer of the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridge Abu Naser said in the light of the day, with the minister, Kader Siddiqui and Nazmul Huda met separately. However, he did not know what was discussed there.
Recently, Nazmul Huda told about his interest in joining a 14-party alliance led by Awami League. His issue is under the Awami League. On the other hand, Kader Siddiqui thinks that national unity initiative should be taken by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
