SpaceX stable... pace too Fast.... !
SpaceX has developed a reuse rocket, steadily advances the cost reduction of the space business and the pace of launch. This weekend, the company succeeded in launching and landing two rockets "almost" within 48 hours.
The first one is SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket launched on Friday afternoon at 12:10 (PDT). The Bulgarian communication satellite was put on track, and the first round of the rocket succeeded in landing on the unmanned boat on the sea. Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, said, "The rocket was very hot and it got off with a strong shock (it used up almost all the emergency crush core) But it's a success."
Although launch and reuse of such a rocket are SpaceX which looks like a funny thing, it can not be said that its success is still certain. At the launch of the second Sunday afternoon at 1:25 (PDT), the team adopted a new rocket and a newly developed "Grid fins". Mr. Musk said, "We will use a hypersonic grid fin finished with a larger and upgraded titanium casting and it will be able to withstand the heat of re-entry without shielding."
Results of the new Grid fins worked well and the team was able to safely land the first row of the second rocket. Mr. Musk also seemed satisfied with this result, "Titanium grid fans worked better than expected, and maintenance would not be necessary even if several launches were done."
The satellite of Iridium which was loaded in the rocket at the launch on Sunday was also successfully introduced into orbit. The return of the rocket which looks the same to the earth and the landing are also progressing technology every time.
