Someone who is 18 is not a millenial, surely. Millenials would be roughly 23 (definatly not younger than that. Millenials are supposed to be people who were affected by the change of the millenium, you cant expect a 2 year old to understand any of that at the time, can you?)to 38.

The term was for that reason coined in 1987 at latest to include children which were at that time going to school.
