- India has signed a loan Agreement with World Bank under skill acquisition and knowledge awareness for livelihood promotion Sankalp project.
- World Bank financing ARM ibrd will provide Dollar 250 million loan for skill development programme.
- An objective of this project is to enhance institutional mechanism for skill development and increase access to market relevant training for the work force.
