Facebook has added two new features to its 'Stories' feature on Facebook's photo sharing app Instagram. Business Insider's report mentioned that one of the benefits has been duplicated directly from competitor Snapchat.
Because of these new benefits, Instagram users can keep and show their stories more easily.
One of the new fetching features is to automatically save user's stories after expiration. Earlier users could save only the photos and videos saved manually, but the storages could not be stored.
How to save saved posts like photos or videos, users can save stories as well. In this case, click the clock icon in the upper right corner of the profile page. After the saved page, click on the arrow next to the 'Archive' above the screen and go to the saved pages from the saved post.
This feature of automatically saving the stories is another feature of duplication of Instagram from Snapchat. In 2016, Snapchat brought its own version of 'Memories'.
