The company ElectroMobility Poland plans to begin the creation of prototypes of electric vehicles. Almost 200 companies with different profiles want to unite in a consortium for their construction. They will have to demonstrate know-how in the field of prototyping an electronic car and specific proposals for the development of their business in the project.
Currently, there is a stage of preliminary selection of received documentation and its assessment in terms of business potential and compliance with technical requirements. This stage will end with the selection of projects, which, according to experts, create a real chance to begin mass production of the Polish electric vehicle.
The committee appointed to evaluate and select the best projects has 12 experts from various fields. This group includes mainly specialists in the automotive industry, vehicle designers and designers, as well as representatives of research and scientific and technical industries related to automotive issues. The committee also includes people responsible for assessing the market potential of the concepts presented, as well as the opportunities for their commercialization.
ElectroMobility Poland claims that already in the first quarter of 2018 they will begin work on the prototypes chosen during the preliminary selection. The work will last several months. In the spring of 2019 the company will present ready prototypes of personal electric vehicles.
The government plan for the development of electromobility in Poland assumes that by 2025 on the Polish roads will go 1 million electric vehicles.
