One - Butter Crisp Lettuce
As you may know I am a big fan of the Permaculture Institute, they put out tons of information to help permaculture enthusiast like us! I found this article interesting because it is actually something we grow in out garden. The verity we grow in called Butter Crisp. Bobbi Luttjohann has written an informative article titled “Sweet Butterhead Lettuce” on where the plant comes from some recipes to boot! Check out the article here.
Two - Permaculture & Money
Have ya aver heard of Paul Wheaton? He is kind of gruff, speaks his mind, but he tells it like it is. He runs a forum called Permies.com and if you want to know anything about homesteading, permaculture, gardening and a whole host of other items check out permies.com. I came across a post today asking a question on making money in permaculture! Check it out Diego de la Vega post and the replies he gets… Lots on insight here into the permaculture lifestyle. Note you may need to sign up to see the post Here is the link: https://permies.com/t/21994/money-permaculture
Three - Working on the Road
@buerthangreen posted earlier this week on the topic of working on the road, having to leave your homestead. I can relate as I am on the road 10 to 20 weeks a year and something always happens when I am gone! Check out the post here.
Well that wraps it up for this week, hope you enjoys them as I did. Let us know if there is a topic or article you would like us to take a look at!
