A Receita Federal aperta o cerco aos detentores de criptomoedas, o órgão quer exigir das exchanges, uma declaração mensal com todas as operações de compra e venda de Bitcoin e criptomoedas e, com isso, tentar acompanhar o saldo em criptomoedas de cada usuário.
A notícia foi divulgada pelo portal Criptomoedas Fácil, a proposta ainda não tem prazo para ser executada e uma consulta pública sobre o tema foi aberta na quarta-feira passada.
The Internal Federal Revenue tightens the siege to the cryptocurrencies holders, the body wants to demand from the exchanges, a monthly statement with all the operations of buying and selling of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and, with that, try to follow the balance in cryptocurrencies of each user.
The news was released by the Criptomoedas Fácil portal, the proposal still has no deadline to execute and a public consultation on the subject was opened last Wednesday.
O cerco começou a ser apertado em julho desse ano, com a divulgação do "Trabalho para discussão - O meio circulante na era digital", realizado pelo Banco Central.
A proposta se resume na criação de um "Real Digital", que não teria alguma utilidade inovadora segundo a análise técnica feita por Fernando Ulrich em seu canal.
