The Intercept, a strange mix of Communists, SJWs, and Conservatism, has published a French report on Saudi military capabilities, and it's scathing (also,it's written in French). Further, it's said to prove that the assertions made by Trump that if the USA wasn't supplying the $B's of weapons the Saudis are slaughtering Yemenis with, they'd just turn to China or Russia, are completely false.
It also is reported to state that KSA's military is woefully incompetent, incapable of securing their border, and just not good at killing innocent civilians and destroying their neighbors.
Thank God.
The Saudis exclusively use NATO supplied weapons systems (save one Chinese Predator clone), and Chinese and Russian missiles, ammunition, and ordnance just won't fit in the breeches, launch systems, and bomb bays of the NATO platforms. Were we not resupplying the KSA in their genocide against Yemen, it would stop, at least for a long time. Tens of thousands of civilian men, women, and children would not die very shortly of starvation, medieval diseases the blockade makes them susceptible to, or by simply being shot and blown up by American made ordnance.
While you can make up your own mind whether US 'defense' companies should be profiteering from the murder of the Yemeni people, who aren't a credible threat to Americans, I have, and they should not. I reckon their doing so is a crime against humanity, and they and the liars and politicians (oops, repeated myself there) making it possible should be on a docket at the ICC.
Of course, there are few Western - or any, anywhere - politicians that shouldn't be. A more worthless and barbaric pack of treacherous vermin could not ever have been rounded up and euthanized to better effect at any point in history, IMHO. The only of their ilk not deserving of war crimes convictions are those few that have consistently and obdurately opposed military intervention - euphemism for slaughter of civilians - anywhere outside the borders of their respective nations.
But that's just my opinion, right? I mean, it's established law and policy that eradicating free sovereign people minding their business for fun and profit is completely legal and makes good business sense. Oh wait... No, that's war crimes and genocide. My bad.
Actually, they're bad, and theirs too.
